Dining area and drive-through were empty. I was sitting in the dining area, the young cashier kept mopping directly around my feet. I asked her not to several times. As I was leaving, she jumped right in front of me with that mop. Thank GOD I didn't fall! Not to mention the cinnamon toast sticks were not done on the inside! The place was clean and fresh

I am one to avoid posting bad reviews and especially hate being a male Karen, coming from someone who is in the food industry currently, but tonight was the nail in the coffin for this place to me.
I had gotten off a 14 hour day and wanted a milkshake but mcds was packed and the line didn’t move forever, so I went to bk, only other place near me that had milkshakes open.
I get in, I ordered at the self order kiosk and paid card. I then am waiting and then they tell me that their ice cream machine has been down all day. I told him that I would like for a refund on the milkshake since that was the main reason why I came, I would keep the burger that I ordered with it.
Supposedly he can’t offer a refund as it was a self order kiosk and I paid card. I am used to systems being wild and weird, but I’ve never heard of an instance of that. I have had issues before with them messing up orders and not having items, but the simple fact I can’t get a refund is absurd. There was no signs on the kiosk, there was no options grayed out, no signs posted anywhere on the doors or counter. The only way to have known was to ask the guy who was making the food in the back as there was no one up front to help me and the 3 other customers.
I recommend everyone, unless you’re a bk fanatic, don’t come here. Please note again I’m not a male Karen, I was audibly upset, but I never raised my voice or belittled the workers there because I understand their position.
Corporate, get your stuff together, you guys are terrible. Please read that last line as a more r rated version to understand how I feel

I’ll tell you for fast food everything was really fresh the staff was friendly. Everything was very efficient I was able to get in and get my lunch and back on the road quickly.

Ordered through the app which was quick, convenient and easy to use. Picked the order up through drive thru. Everything was made correctly. However the drive thru employee only
put 1 fork in the bag. We needed two. Other than that the meal was good, fries were fresh and there was minimal delay in the drive thru.
