The Bk in Chester MD is horrible! Always getting my food wrong most of the time they can’t understand what I’m saying. Some changes definitely need to be made at this location! There’s only like 3 people out of the 10 they have working there that actually know what their doing and care about customers.

Almost everytime I go here my food ends up being incorrect, I make no crazy adjustments except add Onion to a burger and I either get a completely different burger then what was ordered, or it's made wrong, missing several ingredients and not having the one I added. This happens in person and when I order through the app. This is getting very obnoxious and annoying. Just now my family ordered through the app and we got two completely different burgers then what we ordered, this is NOT the first time this has happened.

I ordered #3 Impossible whopper and had to be given a regular whopper. The burger tasted weird and now I feel sick to my stomach its the first day of our trip and now all I wanna do is 🤢🤮
We don't eat fast food often but typically will for convenience when heading to the beach. This BK is an absolute gem. If you want a Whopper that looks like the one shown on the commercials, this is the location.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a whopper. My order was taken quickly, and I was served promptly. I haven't had Burger King in years. The whopper sandwich was fresh . The lettuce was crispy, and the tomatoes were firm. It was the whopper sandwich that I remembered from back in the day. Keep up the good work.
