My 4th attempt @ purchasing food today, Saturday 16 March 2024.1st @ McDonald's Chester Plaza, poor very poor Customer Service2nd @ McDonald's (South of US50), uh no cashier(s) ???3rd Burger ? ? King, items on Message Screen not available ?!4th Chick-fil-A, HEAVEN!!!Met @ Drive-thru by Hayley, took order with a smile & Thank you (DID Not Need to REPEAT ANYTHING!!!?, NO EARPLUGS in Ear either) Picked up food, Delivered by another Employee, with a Smile & Thank you!!!All in All a Pleasant Experience by Professionals who were Trained by Their MANAGEMENT VERY Well !!!
Not on par with most chick fil a franchises. I will say that the last couple of visits that I’ve made have been above average in quality and service. Hopefully they are changing for the better permanently. If they keep it up, I’ll update my post. But this review is based on 6 years of data.
I never have a bad experience at any Chick Fil A (and we travel a lot). Food was great as always and employees were friendly... as always, lol. I usually don't bother to post a review at each Chick Fil A we visit because it's a predictably good experience. But at this location, I especially loved the gentleman that came around asking if we needed anything...refills, sauces, etc. He took great care of us (getting straws, sauce that I forgot to add to my mobile order, and a packet of dressing for my wrap) and he even left some mints on our table. Just another reason Chick Fil A is the best.
Worst chick fil a ever! It all started in the drive thru when I pull up and the boy just stares at me.... Nothing was said.. hi how are you, can I get a name for the order, can I help you.... Nothing. So I started with hello, Kasey is the name on the order. He said "Billy you said".... Uhm not even close! Proceed with my order he asked if I wanted pup cups (I had my dogs in the car).. I told him only if they can give me lids. His reply was "I don't know just ask"... well okay sure. Get to the window and amongst four I had asked for lids they all rolled their eyes. Then everyone was staring instead of taking care of mine and others orders. Now a manager just happens to walk by and I asked to speak to him. He thought it was comical I asked for lids and told him his young kids working thought it was a hassle to put a lid on a cup. He laughed saying "I had to get more". That had nothing to do with the fact they rolled their eyes and huffed about a lid. The crazy thing is.... None of them personally have to pay for it. Or if it was a general side they woulda had to put a lid on it too. That's the service part of my trip here. The food. Another subject. Fries ice cold, extra pickles on my sandwich now means all pickles in a cup. "No lettuce on the sandwich"... means lettuce only on my sandwich. Never again to this one!

Uh oh...my first CFA with less than a five star rating across the board.Two issues that I will fully acknowledge they fixed promptly without issue.This was a larger drive thru order. They missed a sandwich on the order and the three Sprite's on the order were nothing more than carbonated water. They clearly ran out of syrup and were not aware.It doesn't mean I won't be back or have anything else negative to say. I'll return to this location again as I am in the area several times a year.
Great food and service. Well trained staff.
