Bowie location. Clean, Quick,Good. Nothing to complain about! Chester location same thing but a 3.5. Out of my favorite syrup and service wasn't as good as Bowie yet much slower and smaller. 🤷🏻

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. They had maybe 10 tables with people at them. After waiting for several minutes to be seated someone finally stopped at the front desk and told me it would be at least 50 minutes to get service. I asked why when you only have a few tables of people and she said they had a lot of takeout orders. This is breakfast food, how long can it take to prepare?? She didn't even want to seat me because it would take too long to get my food. The group that came in after me was also turned away. The owner of this location really needs to do better. Not a very good business model to turn away customers.

Bathrooms smelled dirty. Hardly any customers. Tables dirty. Wouldn't of eaten there if I saw the bathroom first
service here was no good, they are very clearly understaffed. the food for our table of 4 was given one plate per person every 15 minutes and took over an hour. the franchise over here is severely mismanaged, would not recommend

The service was awful. I would have to say no services at all. The place was busy and only one person working from sitting to taking orders. The server seemed to spend a lot of time talking seated customer than the new customers. We frequently go to this IHOP and it is not staffed properly. The server was short with us. We wanted to order our food right away to save us all time and he said he could only drinks initially due to number of customers. Three other couples left due to no service.

This is the second time my mother and I have been to this IHOP and there has been no staff. First time we were forgiving and understanding. Second time we were as well until the waiter finally came to get our drink orders and I responded with “we would like to place our order too” - knowing it would take forever for the waiter to come back. His response was “I am going to be honest with you, right now I can only put the drinks in and I have the customers”. Why would he not be able to place our food order when we were ready to order? Never have I been in an establishment that denies that request. We also witnessed other couple leave due to slow service and short staffing.
The management needs to do better with staffing and the staffing needs to have a better attitude.
We left and had an excellent experience at crackle barrel.

I was skateboarding at the new Kent Island skatepark and needed a quick meal for an energy boost, and the i hop is 7 min away, even though there was a lot of people there I got served and seated quickly and I got my food within 13 minutes and it came out so perfect just like I asked for
