Being from South Texas, I was excited to hear about Island Delicias selling my favorite Hispanic snacks I grew up with. So we decided to stop by on Sunday and boy the two items I had were spot on to what I have whenever I visit family in Texas. I got their Elote Entero which was a full ear of corn with the traditional toppings of Mayonnaise, lime, chili and queso fresco! The ear of corn was super tender and it had just the right amount of toppings. I was also able to try their horchata and it was freshly made, you can taste the distinct flavor of the rice and it had the right amount of spices and sweetness. Super friendly, kind and understanding staff! Highly recommend and I can't wait to be back to try more. Gracias por la hospitalidad.
