Being from South Texas, I was excited to hear about Island Delicias selling my favorite Hispanic snacks I grew up with. So we decided to stop by on Sunday and boy the two items I had were spot on to what I have whenever I visit family in Texas. I got their Elote Entero which was a full ear of corn with the traditional toppings of Mayonnaise, lime, chili and queso fresco!
