When you are in a rush and tell the cashier 3 creamers and 5 sugars, then I guess I expected too much from them. I had to stop all I was doing, put everything down and add my condiments to my coffee. I guess I got spoiled in the drive thru.

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Food is consistently cold and I’ve had to throw food away. Service is very slow and they get orders wrong.

We were in there for 20 minutes and people would walk in and out. We ordered and then 20 mins later we asked where the food was and they went even making it. Then we asked for our drinks had to wait a few more mins. Then we got in the car and we realized my kids meal wasn’t there. My husband had to go ask. And they were mean and we had to wait up at the cash register, and no one came! So we ordered on the screens.

Drive thru guy got the order wrong yet again. He doubled my order. Then he wanted to charge me full price for a meal when they had no orange juice. I don't drink coffee . No soap in either of the soap dispensers in the bathrooms. How are they both out? Cleaning lady just sitting in lobby. I told her about the no soap issue and she said she will get soap in it soon. How do they both run out at the same time? Unbelievable. Drive thru backed up 12 cars deep. Come here all the time. Today was not a good day for this McDonald's

Just a fast food industry. Most of the time my food is not hot. The fries after 4 minutes whither. Staff is friendly and will show that the customer is first.
The staff needs to make sure each customer get exactly what they ordered. On some occasions my orders are not correct and it would wise to check you order before you leave the for carry out.
However, I still order from their sometimes.

I was scammed on my meal for 2 mcdoubles and a sweet tea. The total should be under 7 but the manager would not put the menu price on there. He charged me almost 7$ for 2 mcdoubles. You need to look into this because next time I'm probably cussing someone out and going in there myself. Nice management you guys have.
