When you are in a rush and tell the cashier 3 creamers and 5 sugars, then I guess I expected too much from them. I had to stop all I was doing, put everything down and add my condiments to my coffee. I guess I got spoiled in the drive thru.

Just a fast food industry. Most of the time my food is not hot. The fries after 4 minutes whither. Staff is friendly and will show that the customer is first.
The staff needs to make sure each customer get exactly what they ordered. On some occasions my orders are not correct and it would wise to check you order before you leave the for carry out.
However, I still order from their sometimes.

The food is perfect the only problem is when you get a smoothie it’s almost always a big gap at the top and it’s really aggravating bc it cost more than a normal drink it’s $5
