WHY, WHY, WHY do you have to cook the gluten free pizzas until they are practically burned??? You know that the crust is different - cook it less. How hard is that? It's already the most expensive, small, pizza on your menu...and you overcook it...every time! And - what was up with the cinnamon pull-a-parts?

Their service is always great. The location in Google maps keeps getting move to an incorrect location. The correct location is right next to the Dollar Tree at 3 Kent Town Mkt, Unit 3 Kent Town Market, Chester, MD 21619.

Waited over an hour for our delivery until I decided to call and get an update. When I called to check on the order, the gentleman on the phone said âmy driver left it around back by your garage doorââŠâŠ By the time I got to the pizza it was cold. Do delivery drivers not knock on front doors anymore??? Iâm confused but thatâll be the last pre tip given. Earn your money next time

Called to order around 10 pm they took our order like normal but almost 2 hours later there was nothing we tried calling again to ask me they never answered I would go in or pick up food if you get anything lucky we wear paying in cash so no money was lost.

Ordered a special deal online.. customized a pizza that didnt even come with a topping they put on it.. and not what I asked for.. called and explained to store.. was told they will make a new pizza and have it right out to me... its been over an hour and I had to call them to ask when it was coming and was told its on the way .. already out the store should be less then 10 mins. It took over 30 mins...

Placed order for carry out. Order was completed in a timely manner. However, the pizza I ordered seemed like it wasnât cooked enough. Of course I didnât realize this until I got home to feed my family.
Worst service ever. They will forget items and then not refund them. I called the store due to missing items and I was told there was nothing they could do and they wouldn't refund because it was "only a few dollars". This store will steal your money and they don't care about customers.

I mean youâre crazy if you think you can convince me that these guys donât deliver that TV quality commercial level papa Johnâs pizza. Every single time I get their pizza itâs the same which says a ton. If you want straight forward good pizza that hits the same every single time the team at this branch delivers.

Got a pizza to go on 4th of July....while it was good it wasn't 5 star worthy. I will give them credit though, while all the other local pizza places in Chester were closed the evening of the 4th, Papa John's was open. We ordered at the Papa John's store and they were busy, but we only had to wait approx 20 minutes. While the staff were friendly, they did seem to be overwhelmed.
