Horrible experience. Order Veggie Delight for pick up on my way and found meat in my sandwich. I was not offered to refund the purchase. I was left with no choice but to dispute the charge.

After some poor experiences with other Subways the location in Chester MD @ Kent Towne Shopping Center was awesome! The restaurant was clean and neat including the rest rooms. Hard to find nowadays! However, the best part was Heather and Kelly! They were very pleasant, had great personalities and made amazing subs. Perfect amount of everything. They are sub masters.šš¼If you live in the area this is the location to go to for sure. Thank you Heather and Kelly you ladies rock and are appreciated!

This subway is situated in a typical strip mall. There were no other customers when I arrived so the service was quick and easy. The three staff members worked well together to complete my order.

Sandwiches are always made in rush as if there is a fire in the building. You have to specify to put the seasoning on the meat or else they will put it on the bread and yes it does make a difference. Below average customer service. I like my sandwich prepared with care not slapped around and abused.11/24/2023 The service here had improved for a brief period. Still wasnāt the best but KI has limited choices and locals appreciate what we have here. Until todayā¦ I arrived approximately 40 minutes till closing and before entering the establishment the workers inside made a quick dash behind the counter and cut off the lights. We all know what that is code for. So I happily drove my butt to Love Point Deli.. you arenāt the only sandwich/ cookie shop on the island. Iāll happily pay the higher price and tip elsewhere for respect and support a pillar in the community!!

I've been there two separate times. The restaurant was closed early. The website and the sign on the door says 9pm. Both times I was told through the door sorry. I spoke to the manager the next morning. When I called she said there was a family emergency. Well this has happened on two separate days. Last night I stopped in tyey closed early. Poor customer service.

I went into Subway to buy some subs for all of my buddies for a day out on the boat. I was shocked to learn that they no longer have red hots. I basically had to turn around and walk out. I canāt have a sub without red hots. I am an old white guy and I canāt help but feel that some old white guy in Milwaukee decided they didnāt need red hots. All of us with or without culture need red hearts. Subway is dead to me until they bring them back.

My first time at this particular Subway shop. Lessons learned: Don't let a separate person ring you up vs who took the order/made the food; ALWAYS get a receipt; no extra for tips. Cashier automatically rang us up for a 2 MEALS (despite being told just sandwiches) vs just 2 foot-long sandwiches (Veggie Delight + tuna sub) with 2 bags of chips totaling OVER $25. Fool us once...
