We actually had my daughter’s birthday party at this location and it was a great experience. Everyone who worked her party that day was so helpful and always checking with me to see if there was anything that I needed. We paid extra for the mascots, Cookie and Scoop. I though they would just show up for photos and leave, but they actually stayed for a while and played games with the kids outside. My daughter and her friends had a great time. I highly recommend having parties here. Fyi…This location has a facebook page and the email address posted there is where I got the party information. Just send an email and Christina (their party planner) will give you all the info you need.

Great customer service and great tasting yogurt. The watermelon was especially good. The gentleman working the register was also quite nice.

Came here to say that it is so disgusting in there. The floor is filthy, the yogurt area is filthy, dead bugs in the window, and the trash cans are over flowing. It genuinely turned me off from eating here because of how dirty it is. It seems like no one ever does anything around there and it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned for weeks.

I love coming here, especially for this particular employee named , Leticia Wright. She is super sweet and excellent customer service. Always goes out of her way to help you. We love coming here because of her. You’re lucky to have her.

Stopped last night - it was about 9:50pm. The girl behind the counter was literally taking the spoons out of the toppings as I was reaching for them. When she rang us up - No smile, I said thank you twice and not even a smile.

The last 2x we've been in this place, it has been disgusting. Which is why we left, the floors and tables NEVER look like they've been cleaned and we have been there right after opening so it's not from being busy. Trash is full, nothing looks like it's every wiped down. Workers always in back on the phone u can see them and never helpful. Sad this is a small town and not many options so sadly places like this stay in business.

My goodness. $7 plus for a small without toppings…

Plenty of places should ask for tips and get one. The self-serve ice cream spot should never ask for a tip - it starts at 20%!!! So so odd ?

Most people agree that asking for tips has gotten out of hand and I just thought this was the worst example I had ever seen. I tip every taxi driver, bartender, server hairdresser, etc I come into contact with.

These establishments and their delusional owners are shameful. Now I’ll shut my cranky self up and get off my soap box ?

Came here on a Saturday, 10/7 at 2pm and the place was locked up tight with all the lights off. Are they open? Couldn't find anything online suggesting they were closed

Good service, delicious yogurt, and the restrooms were clean.

This location is sad, they barely change their flavor options whether it's toppings or the actual Froyo itself. It's kind of like the old folks version of it. Also the staff seems to be super unhappy and constantly rotating out of this specific location.
