I leave close to Dunkin if you live close you probably go there a lot! It’s a 3 out of 5 because sometimes they get your order wrong and usually the workers are moody and rude sometimes. But besides that it’s pretty good ?
Kid-friendliness: They usually say hi and stuff to the kids ?

I don't know how a business stays open when they regularly cannot supply what they advertise. It's an absolute wonder of the world that every machine is down everyday. Your only options are cardboard quarter pounders and cold fries at this location and maybe a coke depending on how "the machine" is acting. Corporate needs to come evaluate this location.

Honestly, McD’s is in the hole for good. They’ve been producing worse and worse foods as time goes on while raising their prices higher and higher. If the price raises were for higher wages, I’d under But the employees don’t even make enough money to be accepted into lower median priced apartments. All the while the service they provide has never faltered or flagged.
You can come here and get your food quick, with a smile, and be met with the upmost kindness from the employees but the food, while prepared perfectly, is just of the worst grade possible. There was a time where the food was priced reasonably for the quality they served but the two have been moving further from each other as time goes on.
Now, a McDouble (value menu!) is over $3 and it’s two patties measuring under an eighth of an inch that taste of cardboard between two buns. You could prepare this meal at a higher quality and a lower cost at home. It’s preposterous to say the least.
To top it off, they even removed the soda machines so there aren’t free refills anymore. You’re charged full price for a refill that costs them ~$0.30 for their largest sized cup.
So if you’re really stoned and have money burning a hole in your pocket, sure stop in there and get a McDouble or something but otherwise, avoid at all cost on principle alone but also because the food is bad and expensive.

We had great service. Food was well prepared and hot. As always staff did a fine job and were polite. I had just had a 12 hr fasting blood draw and thier tasty prompt service was very much appreciated! Chestertown MD Macdonalds deserves an A+ from this lady today!
Dietary restrictions: Wish they served lactose free milk. I always get orange juice for that reason.
