We had great service. Food was well prepared and hot. As always staff did a fine job and were polite. I had just had a 12 hr fasting blood draw and thier tasty prompt service was very much appreciated! Chestertown MD Macdonalds deserves an A+ from this lady today!Dietary restrictions: Wish they served lactose free milk. I always get orange juice for that reason.

Usually, the employees are very nice & helpful here, which makes any dining experience much more satisfactory.... but, recently, it seems they've hired a new younger lady, that just isn't so friendly.. just a bit rude & makes you feel, or at least made me feel, quite uncomfortable asking for anything.Blah. Though, with my daughter, I'll still return.. just hopefully on her days off, ha.Vegetarian options: Hmm. Don't believe there are many vegetation options. Obviously they do have fries, salad, & sliced apples.. & offer desert.Dietary restrictions: Not too sure about diety restrictions, though they do offer any information of ingredients n so on. In-store/online.Parking: Parking is decent. Goes all the way around the building. They have designated spots for drive-thru waits, take-out orders, & handicap parking.Kid-friendliness: My little one is basically the one who takes me here!Though, I do wish this McDonald's has a PlayPlace, like the Elkton McDonald's. It would be nice, since it's the one closest to our home.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors at this particular McDonald's are a bit thin & not automatic. I'd think it'd be a bit difficult for wheelchairs to enter, but not impossible.

Well all I can say is don't expect to get the right food to first time!
Place is a joke. Always gets your order wrong. I order a bacon quarter pounder and it never comes with bacon. If I’m paying over $10 for a meal it should come with everything I ordered. Worst McDonald’s of all time!

I was pleasantly surprised that at lunch time the drive thru was moving quickly, the staff I interacted with were very professional and friendly and my order was made correct and served hot. Not many fast food locations hit all these notes anymore so I wanted to recognize this location for doing an outstanding job.
