2025 I was initially very pleased to have a Ledo’s Pizza located so close by; however, this location has consistently declined in quality. The staff appears unprofessional and inattentive to basic hygiene practices. On multiple occasions, I have observed employees handling money and then going directly into food preparation without washing their hands.
The customer service experience is equally disappointing, as the staff often gives the impression that they do not want to be there. Additionally, the restaurant frequently appears unclean, including both the dining area and the staff themselves. Overall, this location does not meet the standards I would expect from the Ledo’s brand.

Staff is not informed to answer basic questions and we were told there’s no manager on duty. Of the 2 staff there one spoke no English the other knew nothing about the menu and what was available. Even though we were starving we left because the staff didn’t seem compote and there was no management to help. There are plenty other ledos at least 5 within a short distance I would strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere

Go to another ledos do not shop at this one. They are disorganized. They will give your Pizza to someone else and don't tell you, have you waiting in the lobby for over an hour before they say something for a small Pizza.
Smaller than many Ledo locations. I believe management has changed somewhat recently. This location is cleaner, the pizzas are more uniform in preparation, and the staff are friendly and professional. Much improved!

The order was a veggie pizza. I received a pepperoni. The cook was sitting in the waiting area on her phone.. Went to the back. Never washed her hands. Then boxed my order. The resturant was not very clean and children's was running around in the kitchen. The manager did not show any concern that my order was wrong. Stay away.. Needless to say he never returned my call for a refund. Horrible customer service.
