I’ve been a loyal customer of this bakery for a long time and usually enjoy their pastries, but my recent experience was really disappointing. I placed an order for two dozen pastry cupcakes to bring to a reunion, and when I opened the box, more than half were completely crumbled.
When I went back to the bakery and showed clear photo proof (as shown in my attached pictures), the owner didn’t really seem to believe me. They suggested the damage was probably due to my transportation, but that doesn’t make sense — the cupcakes stayed in their box, in my car, going straight from point A to point B. There was no rough handling, and honestly, transportation shouldn’t cause pastries to fall apart like that. It felt more like they were just poorly made.
In the end, all they offered me was less than half of what I’ve paid, which felt really unfair considering the condition of the order and the lack of accountability.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t trust this bakery for large orders or special occasions. The quality control and customer service were extremely disappointing.
I don’t blame the ladies working there though, I felt bad they had to be the messages between the owner and I.
Such a shame since this bakery is a daily staple for my home and family.

Picked up an egg tortilla for my wife and I along with six pastries. Tortas were fantastic; the sesame corn bread thing was also yummy. Moreover, super nice to me as I asked questions about what I was doing.

Very bad customer service, I’ve been a long time customer at this location but I’ve been treated bad multiple times. You get ignored and no one wants to take order and act entitled. The pastries and food is not great either. I highly recommend anyone to go to Karina’s bakery instead of coming here and being ignored. Customer service sucks

This was my 1st time coming here, I ordered the birra & chicken tacos - 10 OUT IF 10 I RECOMMEND!!! It was made fresh on the spot & service was bomb - I TOTALLY RECOMMEND this place for a nice lil taco spot 😊

Be careful with the expired bread that they sell there very badly.
This bakery is of little use. An influencer bought food at this bakery where the sausage came out with worms and he was born in the hospital and the employees are unfriendly. I ordered a drauacion cake and they came out with something else. The truth is, I recommend that you don't go shopping. Nothing of what they sell is useful there, it is already old and born.

Put prices on your products if you are reluctant to answer.
