Chipotle Mexican Grill

Shoutout to Ethan at Chipotle because he really made my whole day. I haven’t had Chipotle in 3 years and this was the best welcome back. He was so kind, had good vibes, and made my bowl with actual love. No attitude or confusion, he just knew exactly what to do. 10/10 recommend going when he’s working.

Skimped.. felt like half a meal. Definitely wasn't half price tho.

I was traveling from DC back to Philadelphia I noticed there was a chipotle on my way back home so I stopped at this location. I usually get the burrito bowl which I did this day and I asked if I can get a Police discount which most Chipotle’s do as long as I have a ID or a badge which I providedthe lady at the counter. When She seen my credentials she says with attitude that they only give local law-enforcement discount which I was confused about cause whatever I go to Chipotle they usually honor it. It wasn’t a problem, but her attitude and demeanor towards me is where I had my issue with. The food was decent. The service was slow and her attitude just made it more or less than me never going there again. I honestly think they should put her in the back cooking and away from the counter in customers a simple we don’t provide any discounts for outside. Law-enforcement would’ve been fine, but her demeanor attitude was Unnecessary.

Absolutely don’t ever order a quesadilla from this location. I was told my only side options were salsas, guac, and sour cream. I was not given the option to get rice and beans as a side. I then proceeded to be charged for the guac despite this being one of the only sides offered. The “quesadilla” was essentially just a tortilla because they used so little cheese. Total rip off. Never again.

Everything single time I mobile order double chicken and double rice they give me literally nothing. I will never mobile order from this store again.

This is quite literally the RUDEST Chipotle staff I have EVER encountered. Unless you've got thick skin and can be stern with them, save yourself some time and go next door to one of the other places. There's no reason you should get belittled and laughed at while simply trying to order over the sound of blaring music and small portions. No thank you. 1/10

Best Chipotle. They're food is excellent. They season their meat to perfection. And the lady who made my bowl was great too. I had the chicken and the brisket. I'd recommend both,and it was so good, I'll have to try the rest.

I ordered my food on the app and it told me my order was ready for pick up earlier than the time I set to pick up. The cashier was rude and said I was “too early” even though I was polite in asking if my order was ready. When I left I went back to work and when I opened my bowl, it was completely wrong.

I asked some advices because it was my first time in a Chipotle and the employees didn’t seem to care, even maybe laughed at me. Btw, there ́s no explanations of how it works ; we aren’t all born with fast food rules in our mind.
The employees didn’t ask if I wanted to eat here or to take away. They just gave me the bag and I didn’t feel welcomed at all so I left. I won’t go back to a Chipotle ever

The CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TRASH ! Literally would sit and talk and crack jokes over your food to their coworkers instead of paying attention .The lobby is was dirty for no reason when it’s ENOUGH of them in there.
