I come to this Chipotle almost every day on my lunch break. The food is always fine, but the service is consistently terrible from one employee. There's a young Hispanic not sure what she identifies as but they have dark hair wears heavy makeup, long lashes and every time I encounter this individual, they are rude and unprofessional. They throw food around carelessly, rolls their eyes, and makes customers feel like a burden instead of being welcoming.
Today, when I went to grab utensils, they stood behind me without saying “excuse me,” and instead just mugged me and rolled her eyes. This isn’t the first time it happens nearly every visit I have with them. It gives the whole store a very negative atmosphere.
I usually enjoy coming here, but this repeated behavior is disappointing and makes the location look bad I've heard this from others about this same worker as well

This restaurant is really filthy. The woman that was serving the food apron was covered in food. The floor was littered with grime, and there was even water running on the floor.

Very rude. Ordered a beer and showed my Croatian ID. Rude manager accused that my country doesn’t exist and that my ID is fake. She told me that they only accept american IDs which is false. They also kept the main entrance locked in the heavy rain. Overall rude, uneducated and uncooperative!!!

The person who took my order did not pay attention. Apologies are not needed nor necessary. Just give me what I asked for. I can’t stand when a restaurant messes up your order apologies and still charges you for something you did NOT ORDER!

Honestly I wouldn’t usually take the time to review Chipotle, but my experience wasn’t optimal so decided to drop a note.
The dining room was noticeably dirty. None of the many empty tables had been cleaned, there was trash on the floor, and someone left a dirty rag and spray cleaner sitting on a table.
I stood at the counter waiting to order while 2 employees talked w/their backs to me. I waited several minutes until they turned around to help me. No “hello” or “can I help you?” — just stared at me. Not pleasant.
Ending w/a positive: The veggie burrito was tasty.

Warm and welcoming team here with a lovely patio to sit outside and enjoy a burrito bowl, chips and guac!

First provided the wrong order, and then I had a hair in my quesadilla. I complained online and the chatbot was useless. I then complained in person at the store and was told they can't help with food they served if ordered online. What the hell?!! Avoid

Shoutout to Ethan at Chipotle because he really made my whole day. I haven’t had Chipotle in 3 years and this was the best welcome back. He was so kind, had good vibes, and made my bowl with actual love. No attitude or confusion, he just knew exactly what to do. 10/10 recommend going when he’s working.
