I dont understand the negative reviews! I come here almost everyday and this team is amazing! At this point they just know my order. They have always been polite, professional and quick. I normally place on the app and pick up but today my app wasn't working. Natasha was very helpful and while she worked on one problem her colleague passed me my other drink so smoothly! I hope ppl learn to be kinder bc they really are working hard in a small space!

I had great service from the two young women who served me, but like people have said, the wait is often long. It's not entirely the staff's fault as they can only do so much in the small space given. I believe investment in more support for the staff is warranted as it's a busy location.

They were out of one of the items I ordered online and offered me hashbrowns instead. They then took 5 minutes to make the hashbrowns, but the hashbrowns were still frozen in the middle when I went to eat them. The people are nice but seemingly incompetent.

RICKY IS THE BEST HE GAVE ME TOP TIER SERVICE !! I had 2 bad experiences with the morning staff the ladies were very rude and dismissive. But every time I go back ricky and tasha rectify the bad experience’s with there amazing customer service and energy!

Asking the lady how long for a sausage egg and cheese ..she doesn't know.. how?! Just asking so I can see if I can make the bus..Maybe try saying it's take 5 minutes in the oven..So out of line I went and they just lost am every morning customer..INSANE!

Antagonized me to give me a receipt, almost forced me to use my app for the 6$ meal & wouldn’t give me my bag until I accept ketchup. Definitely racially profiling me, I will be calling corporate ASAP ! Don’t ever disrespect me again while I have my child ! 0/5 stars
