I enjoyed my experience at Lia’s. My server Clayton M. was attentive and personable. Lia’s will be my new lunch spot now!

Everything was on point-food and service. Our server, Andrew, was amazing, the best server we've had anywhere in years. The food was great...the bread “basket”, the tomato soup, a garden salad, the salmon, the short ribs, and a cappuccino finish. Really really good dinner!

My friends and I dined at Lia’s for the first time to celebrate a special occasion. Service was very slow, though as a prior waitress myself I’m very patient and understanding; however there was little to no communication from our server throughout the whole meal. When our entrees came, she had forgot to ring in one of them (which happens I get it), but there was no communication or transparency with us about what had happened or what was being done to fix it. We had all finished eating by the time we received the missing entree; though I appreciated not being charged for the dish. We ordered mocktails which we didn’t receive until after our appetizers came out; though they tasted pretty good. As for the food, we were largely disappointed in the taste compared to the price point. Some of our dishes were very bland with undercooked pasta, and some were over seasoned and way too salty. Appetizers were on the dry side with minimal sauce. Very limited gluten free options. Luckily we still enjoyed our time and each other’s company; the restaurant is beautifully decorated. Would like to see more attentive and engaged service, and with a bit more knowledge about/familiarity with the menu.

Our “go to” local restaurant. But also a favorite place for special dinners. Friendly front desk, servers and other staff. And the food is really good, and if it's not to your liking, they will replace it with something that is. Part of the Chef Geoff group of three or four local restaurants.

Dinner March 6, 2024. Have had many dinner's at Lia's but the menu and chef must have changed. I tried a special and it had no flavor. The server took it and I ordered risotto which was ok. The Caesar Salad used to be great, kale Caesar. The Caesar now is tasteless. There is no reason to return other than it's in our neighborhood but there are other restaurants here with good food.

I normally try to give positive reviews, and my profile history reflects that -- but I honestly had an unexpectedly bad experience at this restaurant.Took over 20 minutes to get menus after being seated. Took an additional 10 to even get a second glass of water for the person I was dining with.I was served the incorrect drink, but will admit the drinks were well made. The Chicken Parm Slider we had reminded me of a frozen pizza bagel I put in the toaster oven, and then added chicken to the center. Weak. I will note however that the chicken itself was tasty, but the rest of it was bland tasting cafeteria food. The only reason I would suggest going here is to get happy hour drinks on their outdoor patio which has propane heaters. Just don't buy any food, and order at the bar instead of waiting for service. Would not recommend.

Great food for realistic prices. The twilight menu is a good value. Still good post covid. Please with Sunday brunch.

Our lunch was wonderful and each meal was delicious. However.....it is SO loud you can't hear the person across the table speak to you. The voices echoing in the room is horrible. Easting in the dinner room is not a pleasant experience and am looking forward to comfortable temps so we can dine outside.

Came here for some quality time with my husband. It was our first time and picked this restaurant out of the blue. Our server Andrew and the manager Ninette were the sweetest people. They were efficient, courteous, and observant of all our needs. I didn’t finish one of my food items that I ordered and Ninette noticed I did not devour that part of my meal like I did the others. When the bill came she had taken that item off the check. It was really amazing hospitality and attentiveness. Highly recommend.

Yummy

I ordered the cauliflower steak because it had been perfectly cooked and well seasoned the last time I had it. This time it was very overcooked and had less seasoning and topping on it. I was disappointed and my guest left at least half of it because she did not enjoy it at all. The brussels sprout and arancini appetizers were quite good if a bit pricey.

High praise for our server (don't have her name but we had lunch outside and she was the only person serving outside on Thursday 2/22 as we were the only people outside). She is the bartender too, she said. She was terrific!

Went on a first date here over the weekend and it was the perfect setting and amazing food! The staff was very friendly, and were helpful with menu recommendations. The people at other tables also seemed to be delighted and enthralled by their experience. The spiced apple rumtail drink was an exceptional cocktail. It was truly like autumn in a fancy glass. The star of the evening though was the pumpkins cheesecake! It was the perfect size and amount of sweetness to top off a phenomenal dinner. Thank you Lia's for an amazing first dining experience. Looking forward to bringing friends and family along for hopefully many future visits.

The food and service were great and we appreciated being able to sit outside with heaters. A door into the restaurant kept slamming shut but I heard the manager say it would be fixed soon.

No complaints about the burger, salmon, and Brussel sprouts appetizer. Our server was pleasant and attentive. HOWEVER, the duck pasta - a gnocchi dish in a tomato sauce and baked in an iron skillet was pretty dismal. The baking dried out the sauce to the point where the dish was a thick glob that tasted brought to mind the taste of canned tomato paste. The Tiramisu was an unrecognizable version of the classic, with no virtually no light, spongy cake and, instead, a layer of chocolate pudding at the bottom of a glass cup, filled with undisolved sugar. Each bite was like eating a spoonful of raw sugar. We usually like Lia's, but this meal was a big disappointment. Hopefully, it is a one off.
