Ordered online a few times while on lunch at work and always received my food fast, fresh and delicious. Those papa dough rewards definitely come in handy.

I ordered delivery at 5:20pm and finally by 6:50pm we had our luke warm food. We are literally only 2 miles from this store. I used the app to order and for some reason it diverted my order to be delivered by Doordash. Not sure what caused the delay...but my dasher called me at one point to say they had canceled my order. I called the store and they proceeded to tell me my order would be delivered by one of their drivers in 5 min. Never really got an apology for the delays. Just very disappointing as we have been ordering from this location for years. It will be a while before I order from here again.

Called and asked if they deliver to base. They said “let me check” and then said yes they do. The delivery driver called from the base gate asking us to come get the pizza because they couldn’t get on base. Very disappointing. If you don’t know, actually find out and ask clarifying questions. If we wanted a 30 minute walk for pizza, we would have ordered pickup, not delivery.

Live less than a mile away. Delivery fee was $6 and the pizza took over an hour to come and was cold. Disappointing because I usually love papa johns.
