When I arrived at the playa bowl the young lady seemed a little grumpy as I approached her. I placed my online purchase and arrived about 15 minutes later but and they informed me that it was still not ready. Even though it was empty. They began chatting instead of starting on my order, and after about three minutes or so, they started on my order—which turned out to be the incorrect order. I informed the girl that the incorrect bowl was in the bag by presenting her with my receipt, and she simply didn’t care. She just stared at me instead of helping. When the young man approached, he was perplexed and said it’s the right bowl. When I showed him my receipt, he realized something wasn't right. The young lady just walked away and careless she completed the order and had little care that it was wrong. I love playa bowl but I don’t think I’ll be ever going again. They need to reconsider who they hire.

I would love to rate this location higher as the smoothie bowls are typically good. I’ve had a few ice chips in my bowl however. I don't recommend coming into this shop unless you like music (vulgar music) blaring in your ear. I wanted to enjoy my bowl while completing work, but I couldn't hear my own thoughts. I couldn't imagine bringing other individuals in here as we'd have to yell over the music! Hopefully this gets fixed and workers play their music at a decent volume level to keep their customers in mind!

I love the employees, the smoothies, the environment, everything! I’ve never had a bad order. An employee even recommended a smoothie for my taste preference and it’s now a new favorite of mine. Great place.

I just left this store and one of the girls working there was wearing extremely short grey shorts to the point where her buttcheeks were out. Not only did I watch her pull out a wedgie, I also watched her lick her fingers multiple times in front of me and other customers and actively touch things in the “kitchen” after. It was actually shocking to see as if she had never been trained in food service before or professionalism for that matter. Luckily the nice young man that actually helped us wore gloves.

Festive and vibrant atmosphere... great service. Wish they had more fresh juices and smoothies ... but their stuff is pretty tasty overall.
