Rice bowl : not good, rice was not steamed properly it was so hard to chew

Came in here for a pick up order and there was nobody in the lobby for over 10 minutes, I tried yelling and almost went in to the back to find someone myself so I could either get my food or a refund. Someone finally comes out and she says she can’t find my order, after some back and forth she agrees to “remake it” she seemed very messed up and was falling asleep while talking to me which was incredibly odd. I don’t know if she was just tired or something else. She also seemed to have no idea what I was saying even though it was a simple request.Incredibly embarrassing display.

Happy to be grabbing a bowl at Roti today. Fresh Brussels sprouts today—hadn’t seen that before. Anyway, customer service was great. The place is clean. The food is tasty. Appreciate being able to grab lunch here.

This a nice fast casual restaurant, food is good, although if you don’t add any sauces, it’s a bit dry. But, overall good flavor. I had the rice bowl with Harissa chicken and I added some fresh toppings. I think it might be a bit pricey for the portion size.The Hibiscus lemonade is really good too.The staff were very quiet and didn’t seem too happy. But, nonetheless, they gave me okay service.

This is one of the most incompetent places I’ve ever ordered from. I doubt the staff even knows what this word means. They gave us someone else’s order multiple times and never even offered to give us what we ordered, even though we hadn’t touched the wrong order that we received. Take your business and money elsewhere.

Very kind cashier, fresh food, and fair prices! Gluten free pita bread which was much bread than I thought
First let me rave about the service, it was beyond fantastic, very patient, kind, and helpful! Secondly, the food was delicious, I love Mediterranean food so I was in heaven, had so much different foods and sauces to pick from, loved the mango dressing. Had to leave with much of my order left which will be two meals. I got one one of their coffee brownies to tide me over. Like everything else, yummy! I'll be back soon for a leisurely meal with a friends!

Tried the “Hot Chicken Pita” and was not impressed. Chicken wasn’t hot, lukewarm at best. And ingredients were not well spread throughout the pita. First few bites, just chicken. Then a big bite of nothing but pickles, then nothing but feta cheese. Then nothing but shredded carrots. Truly disappointing.

Staff said all of 2 words to me while I was ordering. I work in the service industry, I don't need service with a perfect smile, but responding when I ask a question is pretty bare minimum. Food was alright.
