Sapporo Ramen was absolutely delicious. Great customer service. The flavors were deep and the portions were healthy.

I’ve been to japan many times and tried ramen all around the country. This place claims to be severing authentic ramen but is doing it completely wrong. It’s not like they are serving instant ramen but many ingredients and wrong and honestly the food has no taste.

I've been to Shibuya several times since they opened. The quality of the ingredients is very high. Each individual part of the dishes whether it is the amazing pork belly, the marinated bamboo shoots, the rich broth or little marinated vegetable dishes, are outstanding. Service is kind and very helpful. Shibuya is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood.

The ramen was so good!! Flavorful broth with premium ingredients - the pork was well prepared and not fatty. Love the Sapporo Ramen. I also got kids size portions for my kids and they loved the shio broth - light broth with amazing flavor. Huge portions! Will definitely be returning in this cold weather.

The food is very good. It’s only rice bowls and ramen but there is enough variety and seasoned toppings. Also comes with a kids menu. Will come again

A little costly but food was good. Got the chicken Oyakadon. Not sure how legit it was. Reminded me of chicken bibimbop but not as good. I hear someone state it was Asian chipotle. I could see that. At 20$ a bowl.

This place is okay, but way too expensive for what it is. It's a fast casual place yet it was $75 for two adult sized ramen noodles, two child sized ramen noodles, and one drink. You have to bus your own table.

The ramen was fine, but the egg was the runniest rawest egg I've ever seen served at a restaurant. Also, the cashier thanks didn't know which food contained shrimp, which isn't good if you're allergic. For the record, the kimchi does have shrimp.

Food review: too salty, portion size was decent, lack of flavor due to salt being overwhelming. Noodles had a good texture even with takeout.

Experience review: Took take out for my little sister, and I tried some and the broth was too salty. The manager(I am assuming) made a snide remark about my “kid” being lucky to get ramen, since I ordered a kids meal (for my 11 year old sister). If I am taking take out it is none of your business who I am taking take out for, but also they should not assume someone’s family life. If I choose to get my little sister ramen, then that is my business.

Overall wouldn’t go again.

It's really good. Donburi and fast casual is a good combination and they deliver on it really well. Bowls are nice and hearty, and the ingredients tasted nice and fresh. Nice people too. Had gyu don which was shabu shabu style and cooked on the spot, very nice!

A splurge for everyday, but the quality is insanely high for a casual lunch spot

Pleasantly surprised. I'm used to vegetable dishes/side dishes at Japanese restaurants that are completely neglected compared to proteins, but Shibuya Eatery does a fantastic job. The tofu was also great! Not too crunchy or too soft. I'd also recommend the Shiso Green Goddess dressing, it was wonderful. Got to chat with the owner while I was ordering and he was a nice guy. Would go back for ramen next time, I've heard they put a lot of effort into the broth.

Both ramen and Don katsu were delicious. Meat portions were pretty decent. My only wish is that they use less salt on kimchee and ramen broth.
