I go there early when less people ,
friendly service is comforting 😊.
Nice and relaxing place in early morning,
I try new drinks every once in a while.
Their protein drinks are amazing, black tea , cordato and cappuccino are delicious.

For a placed advertised as 'the' coffee place all the hipsters and white women go to. This has to be the most mid sour tasting down voted cold mocha my throat has ever tasted. And I've had ultra processed mocha from the store before that somehow tasted less bland than this. I think this honestly ruined my day it was just that mid. Anyways im going to the store now after I write this to get something that doesn't taste like battery acid laced with sugar.

I had a really positive experience at Starbucks recently. The staff were friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. They handled my order efficiently and with a smile, which made the visit enjoyable.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait was a little longer than expected, but the excellent service made up for it. Overall, a great experience — I’ll definitely return!

I go there to work in the morning. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. I dropped my drink one morning and they came up and just told me they’d make me a new one. I was just going to order another drink but it was sweet for them to offer to make a new drink.

Seven o’clock on a Monday morning (7/14/25) staff was exceptional! We’re staying nearby and I stopped in on my morning dog walk. Couldn’t tell you the last time I experienced this level of customer service in a Starbucks. I wish I got the baristas names (and while a horrible excuse, I was balancing a dog, phone, keys, etc.) because I want to shout out to them for making my day start off right.

I’ve always gotten my drinks, food etc from this location no problems! The staff is quick and John is a great manager to turn to if anything does go wrong. Appreciate the entire team for making my drinks perfect 😁

Great cafe, baristas are friendly and informative.
About the coffee—Please note: this location specifically only uses blonde roast for their espresso. You will not find dark roast espresso here. If that matters to you, I would suggest going to another location, or sticking with drip coffee/other products.
Because I am a huge fan of the classic dark roast espresso, I won’t be ordering any espresso drinks here.
this is a nice Starbucks on a somewhat busy street near a number of medical offices. I had to go to the area to give blood. Even though the place was full with people working on computers (and other stuff), on a drizzly day, when the three of us came in, some kind people got up and gave us their table. The coffee was good...our normal caramel macchiatos.
I don’t stop by this Starbucks often, but whenever I do, I’m always satisfied with the service. It’s conveniently located right off Wisconsin Ave., and they open bright and early at 4 AM Monday through Friday, closing at 7 PM. The weekend hours are slightly different, so it's nice to have flexibility depending on when I’m in the area. The store itself is sparsely decorated, with a few tables and chairs for seating. While it's not always spotless, it’s generally acceptable. The staff isn't the fastest, but they’re friendly and always get me on my way in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, a solid spot for a quick coffee run.

Please at your pace accompany me up the steps I experienced here at Friendship Heights--super cool area--Maryland Starbucks.
1) The music is relaxing, soothing, exhaling.
1) Barrista Saif is sincerely courteous, helpful, and generous. I don't know what he looks like, because of --I imagine-- corporate's required Covidcondom, yet his voice is confident, respectful, carefree.
I asked if agave syrup or honey is available. I received both.
Architecture and furniture are sweet, especially the twelve person rectangle wood table.
Map is cool. Lighting is right.
I hope you too enjoy this welcoming Starbucks.
-UPDATE for 2025 March 3 Monday-
Another encouraging pre closing-time.
Several men at work, oiling the ghost in the machine; reading, writing arithmatic; feathering the floor, smiling sincerely, reading -- an engaged woman, and the final sips.

This place is filthy. Fingerprints, dust, dirt, marks everywhere. Not what is expected of Starbucks.
