Sometimes you watch a staff of folks working and you just see that they are dialed. Everyone is on the same page, in a groove, whatever. They've got a shared work ethic and expectations, a pride in their work that is manifest. They turn orders around really quickly and don't waste movements. Not this place.

There has to be a range and this crew is just near the bottom. Call it the tenth percentile. The good news is that there's tremendous room for improvement.

this starbucks location is okay. about two years ago, i got a drink for my birthday and i was asking how to get the free drink. the staff were very rude and once i got my drink, i received two large chunks of ice and was very dissatisfied and disappointed. ☹️ i hope to see improvement in the service. the service has gotten a bit better throughout the years, and i recommend the apple croissant and the chestnut praline latte.

Was just deliberately given the little cake slice OUT FROM UNDER the twice-as-big slice that was on top, and feel it's pretty certain I was being punished because I asked about my pastry after folks who'd been behind me in line had been brought their pastries and still I waited...and (with no new customers at the counter and with
there being 3 staff among whom 2 were doing refilling of machines and wiping the counter--I waited, then FINALLY asked about my item...) So, the staff person made the choice to not grab the nice big slice on top--picked that one up to deliberately give me the tiny one underneath... Unnecessary. Obligatory: I've worked service jobs & I tip (had tipped on THIS purchase!)

Edited to add: I happened to be feeling lightheaded and hoped some sugar in me would help. I was perfectly willing to wait for my cake, and I did! But I wanted to get to sit and stay sitting, and I really had seen about 2 or 3 people who'd been behind me get their items (NOT lemon cake!) brought out & handed to them before I said anything...The whole thing isn't a big deal, I just don't appreciate someone doing something a bit mean/snarky unnecessarily.

They don’t have change for 100 which extremely inconvenient when all you have is cash

This Starbucks used to be so good a few years ago. More recently it is dirty (especially the bathrooms) tables look like they are never wiped and staff aren't friendly, such a shame

Starbuck's customer service, in general, has lost its meaning, and not good (I've been a 30+ year SBUX drinker and investor; they aren't.pulling their weight). I am inside in line for about a minute, and another dude just walks in, and they take order, telling me I have to wait. Now most likely he was in the drive thru before I walked in; however, as you were in line in the Drive thru, there's is a line- the pecking order- inside. However, I habe to wait? No, I left as I have been dumping my SVUX stock because they are.lost in how to define customers properly. I used to come to Friendahip often, 4+ years on a consistent basis, before the remodeling: SBUX and this one need to remodel internally starting with Ethics.

Good little Starbucks in the middle of the mall. Moves fast.

This store does not have the most cleanest appearance. There is always trash on the ground around the tables, trash cans over flowing outside and finger prints all over the glass doors. I work in the area over the weekends and I have noticed this early in the morning around 8am on the weekends. All of this trash is from previous days.

my favorite Starbucks to go to! staff is always pleasant even during busy times! they always remember me. inside and out are always clean with a great atmosphere and awesome music! a precious gem in our friendship heights neighborhood! need a great coffee place to go to? come here! 10 stars if i could!

I ordered my drink online and it took about 20 minutes to be made. They only started it when I told them how long I had waited. The drink itself was horrible. They forgot my cold foam, and forgot many ingredients in my drink. I will never be going there again. :(

conveniently located with the usual offerings of standard or customisable orders and enough seats indoors and out to not crowd anyone.staff are friendly and my order was made pretty fast.parking is a bit tricky but there are paid street and underground options nearby.
