Attention all former Westbard morning coffee drinkers:Good News!!!!Charlotte was the one who we all looked forward to seeing at the Westbard location.When the location closed,, it' was like losing a dog, someone who was always eager to please when we showed up for our morning coffee ☕I walk into this location, and there Charlotte was and not realizing she had transferred to this location I was filled with the joyequal to finding a lost puppyShe is awesome ? Order one time and she always gets it right

conveniently located with the usual offerings of standard or customisable orders and enough seats indoors and out to not crowd anyone.staff are friendly and my order was made pretty fast.parking is a bit tricky but there are paid street and underground options nearby.

Not only do you have to wait 15 minutes for a coffee, but they also don’t know how to make it. Worst coffee ever! They really need some good training.

Great place to get some work done with good seating and outlets for those who are more productive with some ambience. Staff are hard-working, patient, and make great drinks. Some customers can be rude and demanding, so remember that good service goes both ways. Treat others how you want to be treated.

Good location, easily accessible for pedestrians, and fast service! (Not a drive thru location). This location has lots of staff so it's definitely helpful in reducing wait times. I ordered a latte and a warm bakery item in store and got my items within 3min. (Visted on a Wednesday around 9:55AM)

This location is fine if you are just grabbing a drink and going. However if you stay there and study they will not honor the Starbucks refill policy and refuse you a refill. The staff were extremely rude when I asked for a refill even when I showed them on the Starbucks website the policy and just straight up said that they weren't doing it. Do not go to this location if you want to study.

Overall: 4.50. Prime location situated in walking distance from Friendship Heights Metro, high-end boutique shops, retail & eateries. Well-staffed to fulfill orders based on time of day & customer traffic in store. Great service from staff. Ease of access to pickup mobile orders. Spacious seating both inside & outside of cafe (pet-friendship & well-maintained).Vegetarian options: Prepared food clearly labeled. Vegetarian options available.Dietary restrictions: Flexibility to special order coffee, frappes & other drinks.Parking: Attached garage next to Starbucks. Unsure if Starbucks validates parking. Normally, cannot park on Wisconsin Avenue. Drop-off only.Kid-friendliness: Kid-family-and pet friendly. This place is always running behind even when it just opens and has no customers. I went today at a busy time (so I understand if they can’t get to everything quick enough) but I got my drink at 9:15 and my food at 9:35. When I asked one of the staff members (black women with glasses and head wrap) if they were out of the sandwich I ordered she was really rude about it. And I told her I was just asking because I got my drink a long time ago and was still waiting for the sandwich. She said they don’t come out at the same time. And I said I know but this is a large time gap. And she responded YEP very rudely. Then come to find out my food was already up there but the girl didn’t call my name (my name is hard to pronounce so I get it) therefore I was just waiting. I could’ve inspected the bags that were up there but I hate touching the food when it could possibly not be mine and there’s always a lot of people in there at that time so it’s not the easiest to navigate. Ultimately I feel like the staff (including the heavy set white young man who was the barista) was unnecessarily rude when I wasn’t. I asked them normal questions without any tone and they replied with attitude. The barista asked ME a question (what was I still waiting on) and got an attitude when I answered. Overall this place has had so many issues with service over the years but I never complain or even get too upset. But I feel like the staff was so nasty and then tried to make it seem like I was dumb when we discovered my food was out there. There was really no need for that when I wasn’t being rude to begin with.

The Starbucks was the usual Starbucks, but the people who work there seemed to be very confused with the orders. I’m not a biggest Starbucks person, but I ordered 2 small cakes with my drinks, and received one bagel and one of my cakes. When asked why, they said because they were out of it and never received the difference either or asked if i wanted a bagel or not at the first place.??‍♂️
