My recent visit to Capital Grille had its high and low points. Parking was a breeze thanks to their validation service, a nice touch as always. The Porcini Rubbed Bone-In Ribeye with 15-Year Aged Balsamic remained a standout, showcasing why I keep coming back. However, the Seared Tenderloin with Butter Poached Lobster Tails fell short of expectations, missing that wow factor I anticipated. The sides—Brussels Sprouts, Mashed Potatoes, and Au Gratin Potatoes—also didn’t hit their usual mark of excellence. Something seemed off in their preparation or flavor, which was disappointing given their usual quality.Service-wise, there was room for improvement. Our waiter was slow to follow up after our appetizers, and we saw less of him than we would have liked throughout our meal. This lack of attentiveness was unusual for Capital Grille and somewhat dampened our dining experience. In all, while the main course shined, the sides, and service didn’t quite live up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from Capital Grille. Here’s hoping for a more consistent experience next time.Parking: Parking is validated via the garage

As usual another special celebration at Capital Grille. That is what we always enjoy going for the beautiful ambiance, service, attention to detail and customer experience and food. Our go to place.

We had a great dinner here and the filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Arabella, our waitress was extremely helpful and sweet throughout the meal. Great food and great service!

Capital Grille is always a dependable pleasure. Good food, good service, convenient location with parking. What more do we need these days. It was packed on a Saturday night. I am glad I got an early start.

To describe my experience in a word, Perfection! I have a favorite waiter, Gabby, and he makes sure that the experience is perfect. Tonight's delicious meal consisted of French onion soup, veal chop, Parmesan truffle fries and cheesecake. It was all cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is upscale and welcoming. I highly recommend Capital Grill in Bethesda.

As always, the lobster salad stuns and amazes. Delicious, moist lobster and a lot of it on a delicious bed of greens and avocado. The service is terrific -- thoughtful and ever present but not hovering. I go there with a couple of groups of girlfriends, and it never disappoints....and we all order lobster salad!
I go to Capital Grille several times a month for lunch. My friends and I loved the salmon in delicious sauce. The salmon has been changed to another recipe which is not nearly as good. We miss the previous recipe and no longer order the salmon. The service is always good, the ambience is very nice, but changing the popular salmon recipe is disappointing.
Service was excellent. Our waiter was attune to what we wanted and made sure that we were comfortable. Bread and butter was just right Food was A+. Pan fried calamari was crisp and delicious. Lobster bisque soup was flavorful. By the time we got to our main course, we were well satisfied. We had surf-n-turf, bone in ribeye, and mashed potato. Everything was ?

Gavin our server was perfect. A nice smiley face who knew his stuff. He was very attentive without being annoying. I hope Capital Grille manages to keep him. He is a definite asset to this restaurant. We will ask for him the next time we dine at Capital Grille.
