Charleys Cheesesteaks

As someone from Philly, if you opened a Cheesesteak shop and served them a cheesesteak with Lettuce, Tomato, and Mayo(without a single mention of this on the menu), and had more lettuce than actual steak, youd get your shop burnt down.

Got their 20 pc special with fries and yaked after the first 6 pcs the food was bland and sour tasting for 20 dollars. Boneless frozen Wings were dry barley sauced. Also watched cashier grab bag from freezer to dump chicken in fryer after handling cash payment no hand washing. Completely unsanitary. The fries 0 flavor no salt even. If you looking for bland flavorless food that will make you sick this is the place. At least they were friendly employees

No Go for me..

Chicken Philly was SO Bland! Only thing I could taste was mayo. Cheese Fries were too salty. Absolute waste of money.

Very bland food. Got Chicken philly and Chicken was non-existent. No flavor. Just smeared mayo over the sandwich. Pictures are straight up lying. Waste of money.

Do not eat the food. Not safe at all. The grill guy touches raw chicken and your bread at the same time.

A kind suggestion to the manager: if your employee who is working on the grill 15 mins ago (hispanic), is unwilling to work, unhappy with his job, displaying a poor attitude towards customers, and serving the worst sandwich I have ever eaten from Charleys in the last 10 years, please consider letting him go so he can find a position that will make him happier.

I don’t get food that often here but the Hispanic men that work there are always on their phone and literally don’t pay attention to what the customer says they just half ass take the order

The best thing about this place is the consistent quality and rapid service. Not the best cheesesteaks in the world, but definitely above average.
