I have been in the neighborhood for roughly 2 years and the experience from this establishment is horrible. The food is not great and the service is awful. I called to place an order and the treatment received was awful. I was hung up on because I paused during ordering. When I called back the guy was rude and kept hanging up the phone. I wouldn't recommend eating here by far. I only place an order because it's close to my residence but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Rude unprofessional and disrespectful!!!!!

All food is processed frozen, fried in old grease, messy entry way, cluttered with stacks of supply boxes in greeting area, no heat in facility. Half of lighting is not working, California rolls gave me severe indigestion. I'm surprised the health dept has not shut them down. I will not order from the.

Been in the neighborhood for years and frequently got the takeout lunch specials which are excellent for the amount and freshness of food, speed of service and price. If you order in person the order gets done within 5-10 minutes in my experience and that way you get your food as hot and fresh as can be. The egg roll included is wrapped separately and is crispy and light with a delicate crunch. The entree is served on a generous bed of either fried rice or steamed white rice. I've never been disappointed with the entree portions which for one person is plenty and on occasion I save half for later which is like a bonus meal for late night. All tied up in a to go bag with condiments and a plastic fork. The owners are hardworking and very nice. If you are in the Clarksburg area it's a fine little place to get your fill of takeout Chinese.

I’ve ordered from here for years and never had an issue until today. I ordered and it was delivered fast as usual. When I went to fix my plate I noticed the shrimp still had the shells on them and weren’t deveined. I called back to the restaurant to ask if management changed because I’ve never rcvd my food like this before. The manager started yelling at me and hung up on me. I wasn’t rude or nasty I was just informing them of the issue. I won’t be back

We live in Clarksburg and China Spring used to be our local favorite for Chinese food, but what a change when we got carryout on September 13! The portions have shrunk by 1/3. The egg rolls and spring rolls were limp and dripping with rancid grease. The Cashew Chicken had 1 or 2 cashews and some hard squares of bamboo(?), and was mostly filled with breading and very little chicken. It was inedible and had to be thrown out. The Chicken Chow Mein had very little chicken. The Triple Delight was good, but again, had much smaller portions of meat. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! We will be looking for another restaurant for Chinese food in the future.

I’ve been ordering here for a few years now and I’m extremely loyal to this place. I work in the outlets and delivery time is always SO fast! Even during busy times it’s still faster than other places. I’m a creature of habit so I always order the chicken and broccoli and it’s always a hit. Portion sizes are awesome too. I’ve gotten all of my employees onto here, and my husband always enjoys when I pick this up for dinner on occasion. The staff are always friendly any time I’ve gone in to pick up my food, and the guy who always delivers is so nice too. If I ever leave the outlets, I would still drive up here to China Spring from Rockville. It’s absolutely worth it.

Truly, a Chinese dump of a restaurant!Their fried rice wasn’t cooked fresh at all. The oils that they used to cook the fried rice was old. One could tell that by the smell, color of rice , and taste.Near rancid was the oil used in cooking all food, not just the rice. They use their front dining area as a storeroom for all sorts of boxed supplies, drinks, mops , buckets. One could not even sit down, to wait for the order to be made, at the dining room tables due to all sorts of cluttered boxes and what not stacked upon them.It truly seem to me that this restaurant did not care about the appearance of the dining room. There in turn, implies that they don’t care about their cooking or their food preparation.I give this place a zero out of 10 if I could.

It's probably one of the better Chinese restaurants in the Clarksburg area. Great prices, too.
