I’m a Clarksburg local and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts just about everyday. The workers here are so sweet. I really love how they know my order as soon as I walk in. This is what true customer service is. I even know them by name, D’mar, Ms. Maria, Bilal, Rahmah, Larissa, the young guy who works nights (I forgot his name)- but my point is, is that these people are great and I enjoy spending my money there because they make it worth it. Thanks guys!!

The man at the counter gave us serious attitude when we picked up our drinks, even more sass when we asked for the donuts we paid for. Our iced coffees tasted like dishwater, but the donuts were fine once we finally got them. With the terrible service and incredibly loud vulgar music playing, we will not be back.

I’ve never had a problem with any order at this Dunkin’ Donuts. In fact, they make some of the best coffee that I’ve had from a Dunkin in comparison to other locations. The staff is friendly and this is my go to Dunkin’ Donuts location in the Montgomery County area.

I placed an online order at 6:36 PM. My order was charged to my account. However, when my husband arrived to pick up the order, he was informed that the ovens had been shut down and the store was closed, half an hour earlier than the posted closing time. The employee he spoke with stated that she was unable to locate my phone number on the receipt to call and inform us prior to arriving. She mentioned that a refund would be processed the following morning since they also shut the register down.
As it stands, I have not received my food or a refund. Additionally, the employee conversed with my husband while he was standing in the rain, which further added to the negative experience.
This is not the first negative experience that I have had at this location but I've let the other situations slide due to everyone having a bad day from time to time. This is unacceptable however.
The service here was not great.First of all we walked in to get donuts and the first worker was decent but rushing us and not even paying much attention to us.Then when we left we were in the mood for something else,so we went back and there was a diffrent worker who saw us the first time we came in,before we could even order he questioned us saying “you guys are back again?” with an attitude,like is that illegal?like who does he think he is?then when we got our order there was an ingredient missing,which on the menu it says it was on there.Overall experience was not great.
