It seems like this place don't have many good reviews. Although I had a great experience. Jordy the guy on the counter was very friendly and kind. He also explained me a couple of options. The donuts are at very reasonable price.

This place is so ghetto all the chairs were up on the tables. There was one person working there. The seats were all raggedy and this is supposed to be a donut spot. There was not one donut not one. Truly they need to remodel and step up their game with the donuts.

2nd time I attempted to buy a beverage at this location. First time I walked in at 640 pm and the person told me that they are closed for the day. Sign and Google said 7:00 pm. Today, went to the same location at 6:20 and the chairs were already on the tables as of the place was closed already. I asked for a Iced Caramel Macchiato, but I was told that they only have donuts available as they close in 40 minutes. Then the person told me would you like to buy donuts?! God only knows how long those donuts have been there.Definitely will not recommend this location to anyone.

Had to throw away my bagel because it tasted stale. My order was not correct. It bothered them to correct my order and then they started to speak in their language in front of my face. Donuts tasted as if they were bought in a supermarket and placed in the tray. Definitely not original products

Rude People Palestine and Hindus. With poor customer service. Bathrooms are not kept clean. Often out of soap and toilet paper. Female manager can not remember orders. Food orders slow and not hot. No sanitation used to clean tables. Tables are neglected and left with food and spilled drinks. The same owner has a Dunkin’ Donut shot on Germantown road by Middlebrook rd. This business is even dirtier! Men’s toilet can not be flushed due to broken handle and the top is left off to flush by sticking your hands in the toilet tank. All service area are neglected. Poor upkeep filthy stores. Beware.
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s sad to say but I don’t recommend this location after 3pm. They leave one guy in there to do it all and it just takes forever to even place an order. Definitely need more evening shift workers.

Awesome location. Very clean, lots of natural light, very friendly and professional staff. I'd never been to a Dunkin' Donuts before and this was an awesome intro. I ordered the breakfast sandwich after a very helpful recommendation from my cashier and it was delicious! Unfortunately the sandwich came with bacon after I had ordered it with sausage but my new friend didn't even hesitate, just checked the monitor to make sure he's input my order correctly (he had) and said, without skipping a beat, "I'm sorry, we'll make you a new one." I asked if I could come back in a few hours, when I'm hungry again, and even though he won't be here when I return, he set it up with his coworker, who in her own right was extremely apologetic about misreading the monitor. Lovely people, lovely store, I think I'll be a regular (especially since, when I asked the cashier when he got off, he said in about an hour, which means he was at the very end of an undoubtedly king and busy shift). Anyway, I think I'm a new regular! Sourdough breakfast sandwich is the bomb!

I cut this donut in half to split with my GF. The crème in the donuts goes in about a 1/4 inch. The other half was the same. Very cheap… the other donut was great.
