We recently hosted our company picnic at Bally Cliff Farm, and I can’t say enough great things about working with High Point Events. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took care of everything including food, décor, and the activities with professionalism, creativity, and a hands-on approach. Their “one-stop shop” service made planning effortless and allowed our team to simply show up and enjoy the day. I would absolutely recommend High Point to anyone looking to plan a seamless, memorable event. Bally cliff is a gorgeous location with plenty of shade and beautiful scenery.

We recently hosted our summer picnic at Columbia Sports Park with High Point Events and Catering, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was perfect—beautiful, spacious, and packed with fun activities like batting cages and mini golf, which our employees absolutely loved. We received so much positive feedback about the venue and how much everyone enjoyed themselves!

The event was incredibly well-organized, and every detail was handled with care. The High Point staff were professional, efficient, and friendly, and we were equally impressed with the Columbia Sports Park team who helped keep everything running smoothly. It truly felt like a seamless partnership.

And the food? Outstanding, as always! High Point Events continues to deliver exceptional quality and service. We've worked with them for over 14 years, and they have never once disappointed. We hired Highpoint Catering for our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, Bob, Jessica, and the entire team were incredibly responsive, always answering our questions promptly and ensuring we felt heard throughout the process. It was clear they genuinely cared about our needs and went above and beyond to make our day flawless. The catering team handled everything, from setup to cleanup, allowing us to focus on enjoying the day. The food was amazing! My wife and I really enjoyed working with the staff at High Point. Jessica was our primary contact who handled the majority of the communications with us. The main aspect we loved about High Point versus other catering vendors we reviewed was that High Point was incredibly flexible when it came to the packages they offered. We started with a specific package, and if we wanted an item from a lower package or to add on an additional cocktail item, they were happy to accommodate us. That sort of flexibility was really valuable to us when considering what our guests may want in terms of food and the volume of dishes. Also, after our wedding, High Point gave us all of the leftovers, which we weren't expecting. So that was nice! It’s been a couple of weeks since our wedding, and we still have so much risotto left! Haha. Overall, we’d definitely recommend High Point for anyone currently looking for a caterer for their wedding!

High Point Events & Catering has been our firms 'go to' picnic planner/vendor for many years! They provide exceptional customer service from the planning process, to the event itself. One of the things I love most about working with High Point is that they are a 'one stop shop' - they provide everything we need such as venue location options, catering (food & beverage), A/V (TV viewing for football season/speakers/microphone), fun entertaining (face painter, giant lawn games, and more). The High Point staff are top notch, it was so easy working with Bob Eagan (President/Owner), Jeff Ingram (General Manager), and Katy Hoopengardner (Office Manager) - no worries, no stress! The 'day-of' event staff from the grillers to bartenders never missed a beat, and everyone is very friendly. The food is yummy; the bbq, taco station and desserts were delicious - they even provided take home boxes so nothing is wasted, and staff were able enjoy leftovers! We wanted to try a different picnic venue location this year, and Bob suggested the National Botanic Gardens / Ticonderoga. We are so happy that we put our trust in Bob for this venue recommendation. The views and nature are beautiful, along with a mix of whimsical atmosphere and art sprinkled in. The Stone Pavilion provided a lake view, picnic tables, and a large indoor/outdoor area, with a roof for shade. High Point and their staff are outstanding from start to finish!
They are fantastic on every level, CBM knows we are in great hands working with them - they always provide exceptional service and events - which is why our firm returns every year!

High Point Events & Catering catered my wedding and did a phenomenal job. First of all, unlike many other caterers, they did a free tasting, which I really appreciated. Second, their staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating and patient with the numerous changes we made to guest count and the menu. (thank you to Jessica for putting up with all the emails!). And perhaps most importantly, the food on the day of was still excellent. Let's be honest, bulk cooked food for 100+ people is never going to taste as good as what you get at a tasting, but this was close as you could ask for! The Texas beef brisket was still so tender, flavorful and juicy, and the Peruvian chicken was similarly juicy and not over cooked (and chicken is so easy to and so often overcooked). All the desserts were also excellent but the bread pudding especially was amazing. We heard praise from numerous guests about the food especially about the brisket and bread pudding! And throughout, the bartenders and serving staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. On top of all that, the price was very very competitive. Nothing went wrong and we could not have asked for a better wedding caterer. Would highly recommend!!

One of the unique event planners I have seen in the US. I actually am able to compare High Point with planners in Dubai where details are abundant. High Point were not only involved but managed to really touch up with all my detailed requests. The crew was very professional. Jessica was simply amazing and always on top of things while we added details and was very flexible. Bob even attended our event and was involved in all major milestones. Thank you so much. We will definitely work again soon!

High Point catered our summer picnic this year. They were spectacular. We asked for a unique duel menu - BBQ and Indian - to accommodate our guests. High Point brought in a separate caterer for the Indian portion so it was authentic and delicious. Their team was on time, prepared, polite, and exceptionally helpful! Communication was easy, and they were very flexible and versatile. We had a wonderful experience and will be using them again!

My company used High Point Catering for our company Family Picnic in June. This was our first time working with High Point Catering, and they exceeded all my expectations. I worked with Bob, Jessica, Jeff, and Katy. They were all pleasant and fantastic to work with. It was a very smooth process from start to finish, and I felt taken care of. They had such good attention to detail and ensured our Family Picnic was successful. The food was also delicious, and they had such a great selection. High Point Catering is also a one-stop shop. High Point provided tables, chairs, tablecloths, and additional services for our picnic. This made it easier for me, and I didn’t have to work with multiple companies. They had a list of services they provided, and I chose two face painters and a glitter tattoo artist. The kids loved it! I even got my face painted, and I’m in my 40’s! High Point Catering helped make our event successful and made my job easy. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a catering company.

My event was running a little behind so they kept the carafes of food in hot water so our
food wouldn’t go cold. Lovely staff, great problem solvers, and the food was wonderful!

Bob and his team were a huge help with our wedding. They made it possible to have a beautiful, elegant wedding without totally busting our wedding budget.
