I'm a delivery driver: today, June 5, 2025, I went to pick up an order at Papa John's in Clarksburg, Newcut Road. The Manager treated me very badly, like garbage, in front of other customers, simply because I told her that the order was incomplete, drinks and chicken wings were missing, she almost threw the pizza on the counter, the mistake was theirs, not mine: it's my job, I'm not a thief, I made her see her mistake and the bad way she treated me, she apologized, but she was not sincere, for my part, I will try not to take orders from that Pizzeria, even if I lose money and customers...

Order online, really good and easy to do, people inside the place needs more training, they where talking to each other, they saw me but decided to play we don't see you after a minute someone came and ask if it was a pick up or order , I say pick up give my name, then I did ask for cheese and peppers 🌶 she give 2 little bag of cheese and 2 of pepper and walk away, Lucky 711 is near and pick up from there guy didn't charge me a penny

Manager and staff came through in the clutch when I submitted a plan ahead order online for 4 pizzas. I accidentally submitted the order for delivery and hour after it was needed and only realized it when the intended consumers arrived and needed to be fed (at 4:45 on Friday night)! I called the store, and the manager fired up the pizzas and had them ready within minutes (I assume either they have some kind of Time Machine, a great pizza oven, great staff, a very accommodating manager, or a combination of all). I was not a Papa John’s fan before, but after this amazing service, I’ll be coming back to this location at least. Thanks for bailing me out!

Paps John's pizza is tasty but this location continues to state the pick up order is ready when it takes another 10 minutes. Crazy thing is I don't care if it takes 45 minutes to make my order; just don't tell me it's ready in 20 minutes and have me wait another 15.

I ordered for delivery a few days ago and this driver who delivered my order was nothing short of a horrible person. This individual was an empty suit in his fifties with a mustache and glasses. I had put a 2 dollar tip on a 40 dollar order and he had trouble finding my location. Upon delivering , he says "you know gas is a little expensive these days, it will help if you are more generous". I told him I can tip whatever I feel like and when you sign up for this job, you should expect any kind of tip. He gets irate and says "that b word you voted for aint gonna be president". He was referring to a Harris Walz sign I had in the front yard which clearly triggered him because this guy will offer his family to Trump in a heartbeat. I called to complain and was informed this guy's name is Bill, which is very original for his type. How this dog waste keeps his job with his unprofessional customer service and overly opiniated political views is the biggest mystery in the world. Some employees like to use their mouth on the management to satisfy them and this employee has perfected this skill. Unbelievable

I have had issue after issue ordering from this location. Every single time I have ordered for the last 3 times, my order has been wrong. Try calling and no one answers the phone. Yikes. Strike 3 you're out.
