Terrible service both by the delivery driver and the manager
The manager is a loose cannon who does not hold her self to be a professional at all
She is rude and arrogant
I can see why this place has a low rating

I ordered for delivery a few days ago and this driver who delivered my order was nothing short of a horrible person. This individual was an empty suit in his fifties with a mustache and glasses. I had put a 2 dollar tip on a 40 dollar order and he had trouble finding my location. Upon delivering , he says "you know gas is a little expensive these days, it will help if you are more generous". I told him I can tip whatever I feel like and when you sign up for this job, you should expect any kind of tip. He gets irate and says "that b word you voted for aint gonna be president". He was referring to a Harris Walz sign I had in the front yard which clearly triggered him because this guy will offer his family to Trump in a heartbeat. I called to complain and was informed this guy's name is Bill, which is very original for his type. How this dog waste keeps his job with his unprofessional customer service and overly opiniated political views is the biggest mystery in the world. Some employees like to use their mouth on the management to satisfy them and this employee has perfected this skill. Unbelievable

I have had issue after issue ordering from this location. Every single time I have ordered for the last 3 times, my order has been wrong. Try calling and no one answers the phone. Yikes. Strike 3 you're out.

Ordered online for pick up. They gave a different customer our order and we had to wait an extra fifteen minutes for ours. Pricing is outrageous for pizzas these days. Completely unacceptable for what they charge. Don’t go here. Dominoes won’t do this to you. ?

Wow… first delivery attempt they delivered a two medium pizza deal. The first pizza had incorrect toppings (they substituted pineapple for pepperoni). Both pizzas should had been original crust, but were delivered with some version of a much, much thinner crust. The sauce and toppings stopped well short of the edges, and only about 50% of each pizza was covered with cheese, leaving huge areas of sauce-stained crust left to bake bare and bubble up in the oven.

Called the store to report the pineapple vs. pepperoni issue. They were friendly and promised to deliver a replacement in about 20 mins. (The store is only about 0.25 miles from my home) The replacement arrived about 90 minutes later and was almost completely cold. Again, it had barely any cheese, VERY few slices of pepperoni, and was made with another paper-thin crust (and yes, the label on the box plainly states “original” for the crust). Definitely not happy. I’m not sure what changed since I last ordered from here about a year ago, but the difference in quality is striking.

App says food is ready but the old lady at the counter says it’s not and pretty much told me to wait and did not give any estimates, even upon asking how long will it take, her response I will let you know when it’s ready. Didn’t bother to ask her name since she was ready to lose it. This was on 5/25 @6:25pm. Store manager should have a serious conversation with this lady. Very unprofessional, rude and obnoxious for no reason at all.

Like this place only cause they don't add pepper to every food. The Italian kitchen is different than usual in both Americas.

Order pizza online and it came a few mins late but the pizza was good and the service was great. Friendly and efficient! Will come here again

Tasty but pretty expensive these days!

We tried carry out option since dine in was not suitable there due to small space. But we didn’t like it. Quality doesn’t seem to be good. Better try somewhere else.

Driver was very pleasant, but the food was pitiful!!!!! Pizza too sucey and I asked for light sauce. Soooo instant heartburn to say the least. Very disappointed!!!!!
