Unfortunately, they simply don't care about the customer. I ordered carry out and upon arriving (at the time the App stated my food was ready for pick-up), I showed up. The manager stated the food was not even cooked yet. It would be atleast 15 minutes from that point. I asked they have it delivered and of course they shorted me on the food (which was very late). The entire time, manager had no apology whatsoever. Her rationale is that they are busy (she did say it with a smirk).

I would really like to give a good review for this store. But when mishaps happen once then twice I tend to go somewhere else rather than fool around with these people. I went inside to order a Shaq-a-Roni Pizza. I got home and ther was a plain cheese pizza, NO PEPPERONI!! What the... Anyway I was ticked off but I let it go thinking it was just a miscommunication. The next time I went to this store was a couple of weeks later. I ordered the same thing. This time I got home and there was only about 10 pepperoni slices on the whole pizza! Shaq-a-Roni is supposed to have double cheese and double pepperoni. It definitely didn't look like the one on TV. Also, there was no other customers in the store when I arrived to pick up my pizza yet the worker ignored me for like 5 minutes saying nothing at all. It was only when a worker returned from delivering a pizza that I was even acknowledged- not by the worker that ignored me but by the returning delivery guy! There are too many other choices for good pizza than Papa Johns so I wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry Shaq.

Ordered Papa John's for delivery. Delivered through Door Dash and it came relatively quickly.For tonight we ordered 1 large thin crust pizza (half cheese, half pepperoni, spicy italian sausage and green peppers), 10 buffalo boneless wings, 10 boneless wings and chocolate brownies. I love the new containers that the boneless wings came in. Ensures that my dipping sauce is not forgotten. Brownies are always a hit!Good meal, especially not having to cook.Enjoy!

Ordered a original crust and they sent this then I call and the manager on duty for today December 8th 2023 Catherine or something like that says and I quote ( yes I saw the pizza before it left the store it was a little on the thin side and got mad) then I said if you knew why would you send it out she said I'll send a new pizza and didn't say anything further and hung up the phone on me she has no education or respect for paying customers I have no respect for this rachet female she is horrible

I am a pizza fanatic. I have searched all over the Maryland area and nothing beats NYC pizza but several pizza in the area do taste good. This papa johns is pretty good. Everyrhing ive ordered here has been good.Ive never had an issue with any of the pizzas or sides.Though prices have gone up its not that bad with promo coupons. Ordered 2 large with 2 toppings, bread sticks and sodas for $64. After the promo code it dropped down to $45. Not bad. I suggest you always go for the specials. 2 large with 1 topping is 16 bucks! Not bad. Ordered online which was a little tricky but got the hang of it.
tonight, i got a free pizza. i ordered only a stuffed crust pepperoni, which they technically gave me 10 mins late but still gave it to me. they also forgot my sauce and jalapenos, but they more than compensated for them! they also gave me a free pineapple pizza cuz it was late at nightim not saying you WILL get a free pizza whenever they mess up, but the team was really chill and apologetic over ityall deserve it!

This is my first time eating the wings at this one and Clarksburg and it was very good and they were very polite and the staff all greeted me as I came in

I had a delivery man who rang my doorbell six times in less than one minute, he was rude from the beginning of our conversation to the very end. He prevented me from closing my door, after I paid and he made sure it was the right amount, and had my safety at risk. The worst experience I’ve ever had with Papa Johns. For the safety of other customers, I suggest that this delivery driver shouldn’t be allowed to work there. ( he looks to be a south Asian man in his 40’s-50’s driving a white car.)
