As a starbucks enthusiast for almost 20 years, my family and I love the warm, inviting, and top notch service of this Starbucks! Being located at a mall always brings in overly dramatic customers tired from a day of shopping and even so, the experience I've had at this store and with all the staff here over the years has always been incredible! Keep up the great work!

If I could give 0 I will .i am a regular Starbuck customer who only drink Starbuck coffee. I spend a lot of money with Starbuck .The service at the Starbuck in Clarksburg md is terrible and the associate can’t make coffee . I ask for a brown sugar latte and I got a half cup coffee with no taste . These team member needs to be thought how to make coffee. I get coffee from other Starbuck and it taste way better. They charge so much money for a cup of coffee and yet they cannot do a good job. Please train your people to make coffee. I can do better than them.

it was so nice. I walked in with my mom and the girl at the cashier was named Jade she was just so kind and really made me smile after a LONG day I needed that, plus my drink was good too! thanks Jade ☺️

This place is very very popular with the outlet shoppers, but inexplicably, the parent company chose a tiny little footprint, which means there's no room for tables and chairs. There are a couple low-profile surfaces and small chairs, but it's not the nice environment that most suburban Starbucks are. Given how much business they get in the cold months for holiday shopping, they should rethink the store size.

Quiet night but very welcoming. The smell of the sweet peppermint and coffee bean just wakes you up. Ladies were polite and friendly.
ordered online a venti 2 scoop vanilla powder 3/4 splash of Almond Milk. came in and the little print out on the cup reflected all that on the cup. what I got was a grande, no vanilla bean no where near almond milk stale tasting drink with NO sweetener. got this to go while I was distance driving and didn't find all this ou5 when I went for a sip after I'd gotten on 270 again. unsinkable.
This Starbucks is one of my fav spots. Come here all the time (guilty..! ?), and I've even been recognized by the staff too... mostly by coming in a lot ? BUT also to say hi. Overall, I'll be continuing to come here for years to come.
