Worst experience. Especially, the staff does not even listen properly what you want to order. I ordered one of my drinks without whipped cream; they made it with whipped cream. Not just on top, whipped cream was also at the bottom of the cup. When I confronted them, they simply removed the whipped cream with the cup cap and were about to hand it to me. Other drinks I ordered with whole milk instead of 2%; while taking the order they said okay. I literally saw them making my drinks with 2% milk, and when I confronted them, they simply said they ran out of whole milk.

I shown the cashier brown sugar cortado. It was made the regular. When I asked to add brown sugar the barrister took the coffee away and gave back to me without adding the brown sugar. I felt like the barrister thought that I was dumb, I felt cheated

I love Starbucks but be careful with your hot drinks at this location! I got a mint tea today and ended up with burns all over my face! I went inside to show someone and asked them to put ice in the drink and they just laughed it off saying “yeah the water gets hot”. They ended up giving me ice and only after all of it melted was it normal Starbucks hot temperature.

Being located at a mall always brings in overly dramatic customers tired from a day of shopping and even so, the experience I've had at this store and with all the staff here over the years has always been incredible! If I could give 0 I will .i am a regular Starbuck customer who only drink Starbuck coffee. I spend a lot of money with Starbuck .The service at the Starbuck in Clarksburg md is terrible and the associate can’t make coffee . I ask for a brown sugar latte and I got a half cup coffee with no taste . These team member needs to be thought how to make coffee. I get coffee from other Starbuck and it taste way better. They charge so much money for a cup of coffee and yet they cannot do a good job. Please train your people to make coffee. I can do better than them.
