Today, a staff named Sunny was very rude and unfriendly. At first, our whole family was waiting together in line. However, my young son didn’t want to stay in line—he kept running around—so I had to chase after him and calm him down. Later, my son and I sat on the chairs nearby while my husband continued to wait in line to place our order.
When it was finally my husband’s turn and we went over to join him, Sunny refused to let me buy anything and accused me of cutting the line. I was honestly speechless. Our family had been together in line from the start, but I had to step away because of my little boy. Doesn’t she understand what it’s like for parents with small children? She was really harsh and unsympathetic.
In the end, we had to line up all over again, which wasted a lot of our time. I truly hope that next time she can be kinder and more understanding toward families with young kids. Maybe when she has children of her own one day, others will treat her with the kindness she didn’t show us today. Thank you.

This Starbucks located in Harris Teeter is very convenient for residents nearby to grab a cup of freshly made coffee.
There are always some seats available and the atmosphere is nice especially when you seat next to the windows.
I usually place an order via the APP in advance. The baristas are very efficient and nice.
Recently Starbucks launched horchata flavor while the horchata foam is not quite impressive.

The Harris Teeter Starbucks in Clarksburg Village is the absolute worst! They mess up every order I place. Now if I wasn’t paying $10 for a custom order I wouldn’t be so upset. I complained to the company and to the store and they don’t care at all. FYI if you order on the app give them 30min to make it even though the app says 3-7 min bc you will stand there waiting and they will still make it wrong

This Starbucks is inside the store so sometimes absolutely no line and you can order and get your drink in no time and sometimes there is 3-4 people in line and it takes a while to clear up since there's usually one barista or two max serving everyone. Overall it's Starbucks and everything as you'd expect. Whatever the Starbucks doesn't carry, you can find it in the store itself since it's part of Harris Teeter.
Actually, my poor rating ? is due too No Public Bathroom Access ? How is this possible. This is a Sit and Dine ? setting. But with No Bathroom Availability was extremely Disappointing

I'm there almost every day. The individuals who work there are wonderful. I always order ahead and only a few times has my order not been ready. If it's not then someone usually sees me and gets my order immediately. Friendly and courteous are only two of the words that best describe the entire staff.
