The Harris Teeter Starbucks in Clarksburg Village is the absolute worst! They mess up every order I place. Now if I wasn’t paying $10 for a custom order I wouldn’t be so upset. I complained to the company and to the store and they don’t care at all. FYI if you order on the app give them 30min to make it even though the app says 3-7 min bc you will stand there waiting and they will still make it wrong

This Starbucks is inside the store so sometimes absolutely no line and you can order and get your drink in no time and sometimes there is 3-4 people in line and it takes a while to clear up since there's usually one barista or two max serving everyone. Overall it's Starbucks and everything as you'd expect. Whatever the Starbucks doesn't carry, you can find it in the store itself since it's part of Harris Teeter.

I'm there almost every day. The individuals who work there are wonderful. I always order ahead and only a few times has my order not been ready. If it's not then someone usually sees me and gets my order immediately. Friendly and courteous are only two of the words that best describe the entire staff.

Extremely slow and unorganized. Employees barely know how to use their register to take orders, even a simple drink that hasn’t been customized. Lack of training causes long wait times
Great location (it’s in the Harris Teeter) and friendly staff! Drinks are always super refreshing! Keep in mind it does get busy though.
