The manager here is absolutely horrible. He wouldn’t even let you use the bathroom unless you’re a customer. He was so rude too. Worst subway I’ve ever been to.

The workers are nasty disrespectful. When I entered the store the worker had an attitude. Did not want to give me extra red onions even though I did not want any meat on my sandwich. Horrible experience. Don’t go to this store!

Something is really wrong with this specific subway. Firstly the thermostat inside read 85 degrees. The floors were wet with a lot of water. Footprints all over the place. Half the veggies were not available. Then we noticed there were only 3 or 4 bottled drinks..so we got fountain drinks which 4 of the 8 available drinks were just water instead of the label stated. The worst subwat we have ever gotten food from.

I bought a foot-long sandwiches and was excited to eat them, but there was no flavor in the dressing. No taste at all because water was added to it and it became very light with no flavor!! ! This is not the first time I encountered this…, where the dressing is very very light, no flavor. Unfortunately, I tend to see this in many Chinese and Indian— Asian owned subways. Next time I will alert the authorities because all prices are jacked up. You don’t have to skim on the dressings!. Point blank. Is getting ridiculous. High prices are no good food!!!!! Also I have seen uncleanliness by some of these workers. I walked right out. Next time, I will alert the authorities. Do better subways and fast foods or else!! Furthermore, why are there different prices when it come to these franchises? Same price for regular small and medium drinks?! What the hell is that? The government is sleeping y’all. If I can give them zero stars I would. This establishment is dishonest, rude, and condescending. My husband and I placed two separate orders through the app. Mine had 12 counts of chocolate chip cookies. The pick up time noted in the app and in my email receipt said 1:10pm, however, when my husband and kids arrived to pick up the order they were told to wait. Apparently, they hadn't even started on our orders. There was a middle age woman and a young man working behind the counter. They were rude and disrespectful towards my husband. When my husband asked when the orders would be ready the young man rudely told my husband to wait. No time estimate was given, just wait. Additionally, my husband and daughter told the lady that there were cookies as part of the order. She told them she did not see it in the order, she did not even show them what she saw on her order form to confirm. I had to drive back to the restaurant to tell them there were cookies. The lady continued to proclaimed there were no cookies, then she lied and said she looked at my husband's order and not mine. My husband and daughter called her out and said they clearly told her there were two orders and the order under my name has the cookies. The lady was very disrespectful, rude, and condescending. We will never give them our business again. Lying to the customers, cheating them of items on their orders that they paid for already, and behaving in a rude, disrespectful, condescending manner is unacceptable.

We went in the other day, ordered meals and then asked for a cup for water. They did not have any water cups and indicated we couldn’t have a normal cup for water or even a soup cup for water as they count everything. I think it’s a requirement in establishments to provide water cups for paying patrons. Additionally, they closed the bathroom just before nine and then closed the “dining room” at 9:10 so they could clean. The sign clearly said they were open until 9:30, so this was also disappointing. Do not recommend.
