I'm a fedex driver I deliver packages for a living I'm a black man I went into this subway just to get six cookies this lady had a fresh bake pan off cookies sitting on the counter as soon as I turn my head she gave me the cookies that was old smh this was horrible service and I won't spend my money here ever again, I'm not good enough for fresh cookies??? Thanks for nothing

We’re in the neighborhood with a notably, large number of vegetarians so it’s absurd and ridiculous that this location doesn’t have veggie patties and the poor customer service doesn’t help either. Get out and get replaced by something better like Chipotle.

Slow service, one oven and only two people during lunch rush. The meat ingredients are covered up by metal shield that looks like it was placed on purpose so you can't see what they are putting on your sandwich (I got my sandwich and they gave me something that I didn't order). No bathroom access for patrons. Spanish speaking lady was nice. Veggies were very fresh.

The store location is very close to bus stop and there are ample parking lots.
I usually preorder before I arriving at the store through Subway APP and there are bunches of promo codes available to redeem such as SIXINCHSUB to get a 6” sub for $3.99 and 699FL to get any footlong for $6.99.
All the staff are kind and friendly.

The food is good but the customer service is terrible. No nice greeting when you enter to order. There’s a young man with long hair working the register with a disgusting attitude. Not only does his attitude make you feel uncomfortable to order but he got my order wrong when I was checking out. Please talk to your employees about proper customer service !

It’s so convenient to have this restaurant in our community. Service is fast, dining area is clean. Seth and the other two ladies are always welcoming and make sure our order is right. Also they are very accommodating of my allergies.

This place has some of the worst management and customer service I have ever encountered. The manager is extremely rude, and this is the second time I’ve experienced such terrible treatment. After ordering food, they throw a fit about accepting coupons, acting as if they don't care at all about the customer's concerns. When a group of people, whether family or friends, places an order together, they refuse to split the orders at the register, claiming it's too late, all to avoid applying a coupon.

Yesterday, the manager even let go three footlong subs to trash just to avoid honoring a coupon but he didn't give to family with kids that's unbelievable. He gave a ridiculous excuse, saying that since one sub had half veggie patties, it had to be treated as a separate order. This makes no sense. What the customer puts in their sub is their choice, whether it’s patties, lettuce, or tomato. Who is Subway to dictate this? All they should care about is that I ordered a footlong, period.

I will never return to this location and strongly recommend others to check at the counter before ordering to avoid disappointment and being cheated out of using coupons. The manager’s bad attitude and poor customer service are unacceptable.

I just purchased a foot long sub from this location. I've ordered before and had no issue. That changed tonight. I HAD A HAIR IN MY SANDWICH! The young man that made my sandwich had is hair completely out with NO hair net! Just free flowing. Of course I couldn't finish eating my sandwich. I almost threw up. PLEASE COVER YOUR HAIR!!!!!

I wish I could give this specific location no stars. The guy that works there has the worst attitude no type of welcoming vibe from none of the employees i can’t understand why is he even working there. That’s not a good representation for the company I definitely won’t be returning back to this subway. The need to hire new employees who actually care about the customer service and community as people, I definitely don’t recommend this location
