It’s so convenient to have this restaurant in our community. Service is fast, dining area is clean. Seth and the other two ladies are always welcoming and make sure our order is right. Also they are very accommodating of my allergies.

This place has some of the worst management and customer service I have ever encountered. The manager is extremely rude, and this is the second time I’ve experienced such terrible treatment. After ordering food, they throw a fit about accepting coupons, acting as if they don't care at all about the customer's concerns. When a group of people, whether family or friends, places an order together, they refuse to split the orders at the register, claiming it's too late, all to avoid applying a coupon.

Yesterday, the manager even let go three footlong subs to trash just to avoid honoring a coupon but he didn't give to family with kids that's unbelievable. He gave a ridiculous excuse, saying that since one sub had half veggie patties, it had to be treated as a separate order. This makes no sense. What the customer puts in their sub is their choice, whether it’s patties, lettuce, or tomato. Who is Subway to dictate this? All they should care about is that I ordered a footlong, period.

I will never return to this location and strongly recommend others to check at the counter before ordering to avoid disappointment and being cheated out of using coupons. The manager’s bad attitude and poor customer service are unacceptable.

I just purchased a foot long sub from this location. I've ordered before and had no issue. That changed tonight. I HAD A HAIR IN MY SANDWICH! The young man that made my sandwich had is hair completely out with NO hair net! Just free flowing. Of course I couldn't finish eating my sandwich. I almost threw up. PLEASE COVER YOUR HAIR!!!!!

I wish I could give this specific location no stars. The guy that works there has the worst attitude no type of welcoming vibe from none of the employees i can’t understand why is he even working there. That’s not a good representation for the company I definitely won’t be returning back to this subway. The need to hire new employees who actually care about the customer service and community as people, I definitely don’t recommend this location

Mobile ordered two footlong steak and cheese sandwiches. Arrived a few minutes earlier than the promised time, and our subs were ready for pickup. One sub in artisan flatbread, and the other in hearty multigrain. Both had all ingredients as ordered.

Horrible. I thought this would be one of the better subways but the rude guy working there proved that wasn’t the case. He had an attitude and obviously didn’t want to be working, they should train him to give better customer service. The sandwich was bad, bread was over toasted and he added little amount of meat on it. I won’t be returning to this location ever again and I’ll possibly be avoiding subway in general because finding a decent one in this area is difficult.

OVER CHARGED ON SANDWICH - TERRIBLE STAFF - NEVER COME BACKI dine in with my 2 kids, I ordered 2 footlong sandwich. I took 6 inches out of the one sandwich as my son wanted just bread no veggies no dressings, so I took off 6 inches without adding anything, so no wrap not extra stuff. I just given attention to the receipt before leaving the place they over charged me; Charged $6.59 for one foot long sandwich and charged $4.49+$4.49=$8.98 as two 6 inches sandwich's instead of one foot long. I am subway certified manager. I humbly requested the lady that, I am fine time but do not charge this way because its not good police to over charge people so next time take care of it. She was so rude and upset on this part.I writing not for the $ but her behavior. I have read all the reviews for this place and there so many other people given 1 star only and all are upset with staff behavior and customer care.If the management will continue with the same staff they will be in bad shape soon and if the lady itself is the owner then doomed day is not far.

Staff here are excellent the atmosphere in this Subway feels friendly I enjoy getting subs here! Will continue to always do business here.

Wow what terrible service by Seth the boy behind the counter I walked in with my neighbor to order subs using coupons and Seth looked at us and said rudely because you guys walked in together you can only use 1 coupon per group but we did separate orders. When we said we were going to call corporate he laughed and said do you need the number. Definitely will never go there again.

I live in clarksburg, and I visited first time, they won't put enough veg and if you order with avocado they paint with spoon. I won't go again and I will go to other subway.
