Management needs to review and enforce proper food handling protocols. Daughter got sick from bad scallops in seafood enchilada.

This is our neighborhood and go to place for take out but we went for dine-in and as always, they provided the best service and food in the town.
Food was cooked perfectly and came out timely manner. All the drinks were done with enough alcohol and mixes.

I ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl and requested no mushrooms, but what I received was completely off. The bowl had none of the usual ingredients — no green peppers, onions, cheese, sour cream, or guacamole. It was dry, bland, and definitely not worth the price.
Very disappointing experience and a total waste of money. I hope the restaurant pays better attention to orders and quality control in the future — this was unacceptable.

We loved the food. Chicken sooooo juicy.
One less raging because the water and the glass they served is not that hygienic. They have both inside and outside seating.

Ordered steak quesadillas for carryout. It was just over $20. They were decent, but $20 for an appetizer? Sheesh.

Lousy service drinks taste horrible our waiter had a very negative attitude when I ask him to split the bill, he got very upset I asked to speak to the manager, and I was told that he was taking a nap definitely, I will never go back and I’ll advise you to think twice before you go to this place

I've been to Villa Maya several times. The steak burrito is to die for. The way they season and prepare the skirt steak is heavenly. I always get the steak option of whatever dish I order. That's where I go to treat myself to steak. So good!!

The other evening there was a party that was being harassed by so called “regulars” and staff for a mistake on the staffs part. It is one thing to make an honest mistake, but another to try and take it out on a paying customer. Staff went on to claim there was no management available to help resolve the issue at hand. Terrible staff, awful environment, hostile regulars, might as well just go to your local Taco Bell. Not to mention, everything is overpriced for a chain!

Food was mediocre and cold. Margaritas were watered down. I was there on 02/27. I watched as the servers and the regulars in the restaurant bullied a young girl for a miscommunication issue and the owners just watched. Extremely disappointed in their management and the response. I saw the girl crying outside having a panic attack. This is not okay, as a business, you should put the customers first and not allow this kind of behavior. I will not be returning.

Not fresh. Tastes like reheated frozen food. It seems they are more worried about preservation than freshness. Guapos and Uncle Julio’s is better. Matter of fact just hit up that Taco Bell. Service was slow but the staff was nice. Unfortunately anyone can be nice.

Also they don’t give you the free chips and salsa until you order food.

Chile con carne was way too salty and the chicken tacos were dry and had a freezer taste.

Great local gem, we have been coming here for past few years and the service is always great and food is always good. Their fajita combos are awesome, reasonably priced and huge portions and fresh! Our kids love their steaks burrito bowls. Also their margaritas are really good too! One medium size margarita will make anyone happy!
