I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Bagel Bin. As someone who rarely eats out, I was excited to treat myself to an expensive pistachio slice dessert costing $6.00. Unfortunately, upon consuming the dessert, I discovered that it contained mold.
This experience highlights a broader issue that I believe many restaurants, including Bagel Bin should take note of: the importance of eliminating items from the menu that are no longer selling or are past their prime. Rather than focusing on greed by continuing to serve items that should be discarded, restaurants should prioritize customer satisfaction and health. Many establishments are aware that cutting costs often leads to overcharging customers or maintaining poor-quality products, which results in the deterioration of both the reputation and the business itself. This is nothing new.
It is crucial for restaurants to learn from the mistakes of others, as the constant overcharging and neglect of hygiene are some of the key reasons businesses close their doors. Also, nothing new. I strongly encourage reviewing the food quality control practices and ensuring that customers are served only the best, fresh items.

Impressed with the menu varietey, plenty of vegitarian options. It was busy when i went in but my order didnt take long to come up and everything was delicious!

Got the latte sub half and half and the everything bagel toasted w the jalepeno salsa and both were ABSOLUTE 🔥. I mean seriously fresh and delicious. My coffee is too hot to drink which is exactly how I like it to come out!! They’re killing it. Super happy about this experience today.

I order the Avocado Egg Salad Club and it was not a club sandwich. It was a sandwich in untoasted bread. I got carry out so I did not know until later. I think this sandwich could be good if they actually made it a club sandwich. A club sandwich has three pieces of toasted bread. One layer should be egg salad and one layer avocado and bacon. Lettuce tomato mayo and onion. The picture of the turkey club on your website clearly has toasted bread. Every club I have ever eaten has had toasted bread. The sandwich was not so good due to that fact. It is a $14 sandwich. Would you want a BLT that wasn’t toasted. It would not be a BLT. Let’s get it right.

Bagel Bin is very good for a quick pick me up or brunch spot. The staff are very friendly and patient. There is a great variety of bagels as well as baked goods as well as hot meals that can be made. Drink selection is also amazing with different selections. Atmosphere was warm and refreshing and would recommend this spot to anyone who wants some fresh bagels and Loxs.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options such as the baked goods present and bagels with vegetable spreads!

Rude, ignorant owner. I ordered a turkey club with Swiss cheese yesterday. They put pepper jack on the sandwich. When I pointed it out to the owner she insisted in a loud tone that I was in error. She embarrassed me so I left with the sandwich. I will never return.
The bagels are more like rolls than bagels. If you are desperate it is mediocre.
