I went here for a Friday work meeting and was pretty underwhelmed. It looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2004, it’s kind of dark and depressing inside and it feels dingey. Hand drawn paper signs, not even laminated, taped up bathroom stalls, poorly stocked condiment area, lots of fruit flies (as well as a bunch of those Apple fruit fly catchers), and overall an icky smell and vibes. For this reason I opted to just get black coffee. They had quite a strange assortment of things for sale in terms of snacks and beverages.. it honestly reminded me of a gas station. The people working there kept disappearing to the back, and I watched people come in and look around and wait a few minutes for the employees to notice someone was there.In terms of a place for work meeting: not a good ambiance, no outlets, no ambient music, just kinda meh :(

Food is delicious but stuff is not friendly at all. I came here more than once and every time when I order the vibes coming from the stuff were annoyed and rude.I really hope it gets more welcoming and respectful!The bagels are delicious and there are good vegetarian options!!

Growing up as a Clarksville local, the Bagel Bin has been a family favorite for the last two decades. My husband and I moved out of state and we make the effort to visit this quaint restaurant during our visits back home. Today we ordered the veggie egg and cheese bagel on an everything bagel and we were not disappointed. The bagels were prepared quickly and stayed warm in their protective wrapping during our commute back to my parents home. The bagel was perfectly toasted, the egg and cheese ratio was perfect, and I loved the onion and tomato addition. The menu offers many options for bagel and sandwich lovers, and the store is well stocked with pastries and beverages. There is plentiful seating for those that choose to eat there including outdoor seating. Overall, I highly recommend visiting the Bagel Bin.

I look forward to their Reubens and mango smoothies when I'm in the area. I usually do carry-out but there's plenty of space to dine in. Conveniently located in a shopping center so can pop into Giant next door for groceries.

First time customer and was unfamiliar with the menu. Had to change my order when I got up there bc they didn’t have the bagel I needed for someone at home. After 2 seconds of me looking at the other bagels, the woman working was extremely rude and mentioned “you’ve been in line” and I should know what i want. I was in line waiting for 30 seconds ….. Didn’t end up ordering because her demeanor was disrespectful I could tell she didn’t care if she got my service or not. Will never return.Have never left a review for any restaurant before but will today because of how unnecessarily rude this experience was.

Carry out order was missing items. In the drink I ordered with non-dairy milk, they put actual milk to what I'm allergic to. They ruined our family brunch. I'm not coming back.

My Husband and I have visited this location on several occasions. The Bagel Bin is convenient as we live close by. There is ample parking in the shopping center. The place is clean with a pleasant environment. The food is good for the most part. My Husband is a bagel person and likes their bagels. We have been dissatisfied with the service at the counter. On most occasions that we have visited, we felt ignored as we stood as the first to be served in line. The person taking our order appeared displeased to serve us and was unpleasant, verging on being rude. Today I ordered a veggie omelette and got a plain one. I did not bother to bring it to their attention. It did not seem to be worth the bother. I must say that was the first time that they got my order wrong; not a big deal. What could have been a lovely brunch experience was marred by the countenance and behavior of the person at the counter. I will add that we have only had this customer service problem with the one individual. We did visit on a couple of occasions when someone else was at the counter. That person was attentive and pleasant. Unfortunately, the unpleasant person has served us most of the time that we have been to the Clarksville Bagel Bin. As a minority woman and immigrant, I love to patronize women like myself. Unfortunately, I will not return to this Bagel Bin, because of this individual. I'm not sure what the motivation of the person was, but I'd rather not be treated badly, while patronizing a business.
