This past time, I caught the preparer not using gloves and handling my food with his bare hands, while also handling the cash register and other items. I asked him to wear gloves, at which point he apologized and did. Catching something so unsanitary has thrown me off guard with this place. Please train your staff to be professional and hygienic.

Food is fresh and portions are plentiful! This is by far my favorite poke spot in the area because of the freshness and variety of topping options. As far as atmosphere there isn't much of a dine-in area/it's small. I always pick up to go. Ample parking, typically in and out, at most a small line.Dietary restrictions: plenty of delicious dairy-free sauce options.
I've eaten here and had good experiences but tonight was gross. The rice was hard and dry , and the beef was so overcooked and reheated that it was literally black and the and pieces were the texture of jerky. I think I'll pause on buying from here for a while. Very unhappy.

Restaurant decor makes you feel like you’re on the islands and the food hits the spots weather dining in or getting take out. Food comes out fresh and hot every time. Service was on another level as the server packed my food and brought it outside while I was chatting in the parking lot. Highly recommend!

Round 2. Food is solid. Not quite L&M but good. Dressing ON Mac salad is thin but good. Galbi is salty but good, but cut is a little thin. Musubi and fried rice are EXCELLENT. Owner is friendly.
