A cozy CFA location. One of the few left in the area that have a play area for kids. Comfy seating. Lots of booths.
My parents and I visited this location after a viewing / funeral. It was 6p on a Monday. At the register, we were greeted by a team member in training. It took a while to order since the trainee was unfamiliar with how to ring up certain orders. No problem. Training is part of the job. However the trainee wasn’t much assistance, instead just watching and correcting errors on the register quietly. It would’ve helped if another team member opened up the next register since there were 2-3 more customers waiting in line.
Food came out quickly. We dined in. However we realized the team member never rung up my father’s root beer float. Could’ve been avoided if the trainer taught the team member to repeat the customer’s order prior to finalizing the transaction. That’s a CFA standard.
Overall, food was on par with all other franchises. Deducting points also for the fact that there were no napkins available in the self service counter where you can get utensils, ketchup, wet wipes, hot sauce, etc. Even worse, the trash cans were overflowing and customers were still shoving more trash in the receptacle. Only 10 minutes later did a team member come by to clear the trash bin and replace it.
Also, the bathroom hallway had two mop bins taking up the pathway to the men’s bathroom. I don’t think that’s the proper storage area where it could be tripped on or worse, accessed by a passing child. The mop bins were filled with water already. Not sure if it was clean or not. But still, easily accessible to passing children.

I came in after a really long day and honestly wasn’t in the best mood. I was short with the staff, and they could’ve matched my energy — but they didn’t. They stayed calm, respectful, and genuinely kind the entire time.
I’ve worked in service before, and I know how frustrating customers like me can be, so I want to own that and say sorry for my attitude. These guys handled it with professionalism and patience, and it says a lot about their character. Really good people. Good kids for sure.

We always enjoy Chick-fil-a. We have never been to this restaurant but it was run as well as the others. Our order was taken without a delay and our food came out quickly. The food was hot and had a good taste. Several times during our lunch, a young man stopped by our table to check on us.
