Ryan provided a wonderful meal for 100 guests on short notice. They did everything - setup, cleanup, and utensils. The meal was served buffet-style but servers roamed the room removing empty plates and trash.
The food quality exceeded all expectations. Sandwiches, fruit salad, vegetable trays, side dishes, drinks, and desserts tasted delicious and were clearly made with care.
