Customer Service Could Be Better
Went in to purchase the cookie and also redeem a coupon for a free cookie. Upon attempting to redeem the coupon, the system said it was expired however, the actual coupon was Not yet expired according to the date printed out on the coupon. The cashier asked an individual I’m assuming was the manager about the issue, the manager‘s response was she was unable to honor the coupon. Not very pleased with the customer service if a coupon is in circulation it should be honored, and you(manager) should be able to redeem/navigate within your system accordingly to honor the coupon.

This location is absolutely unprofessional. I ordered a cake on Oct 15, it was scheduled for pick up on Nov 2. When I show up they inform me that the cake has been sold out for weeks. When I asked why no one called to notify me so I didn’t drive all the way to this location, they apologized with NO explanation. Horrible service. Don’t come here. The employee couldn’t even refund me because she said she couldn’t find my order in the system.
