Customer Service Could Be Better
Went in to purchase the cookie and also redeem a coupon for a free cookie. Upon attempting to redeem the coupon, the system said it was expired however, the actual coupon was Not yet expired according to the date printed out on the coupon. The cashier asked an individual I’m assuming was the manager about the issue, the manager‘s response was she was unable to honor the coupon. Not very pleased with the customer service if a coupon is in circulation it should be honored, and you(manager) should be able to redeem/navigate within your system accordingly to honor the coupon.
