False Advertising!!!!
The signage above the kitchen area clearly states that the sausage egg and cheese croissant is $3. However when you place the order it rings up as $4.99! If I wanted it to be $3, I would have to order coffee with it! Of course the coffee itself is extra, so I would have ended up paying a lot more.
The cashier and the owner proceeded to give me a song and dance about the various options to get the sandwich for $3. The fact remains in order to get the sandwich for $3 I would have had to purchase something else. The signage shows a $3 sandwich so I was expecting to pay $3 plus tax.
I was hungry and wanted breakfast so I did get the sandwich. However I do not plan on going back to this location ever!
For goodness sakes, if the sandwich is $4.99 which is $5, just tell me that in the first place!

The Chronicles
They used to have these two people working there. Made the drinks perfectly and never messed up the orders ever since they left couple months ago this place has been going down. Drinks made wrong orders keep getting messed up.

Nice Dunkin Doughnuts store. Very clean and well stocked. Even the ladies' room was clean. The staff was nice and responsive.

I really don’t care what other people say about this Dunkin location . I love this place and they are really very fast to provide my order every morning. I been going to this Dunkin for about 2yrs . I really appreciate the manager Sandra. She can put the starts in the eyes very fast, very active ,quick and she is most experienced manage . She works like it’s her own business. Good luck…!

I pulled up to the drive-through and no one answered for five minutes. My daughter even spoke into the window “is anyone was there”. I then went inside and they told me they did not wait on me because I missed the order menu outside. They could have simply told me to pull back around or waited on me. I honestly was just going to tell them they missed me and order donuts in the store. Emmanuel and Darren were extremely rude. Darren originally said he didn’t wait on me because I did not order where I was suppose to. I asked for a manager and then Darren stated he didn’t see me. No manager came. I will never visit this Dunkin’ Donuts again. The worst part is I had to explain to my kids why we were not waited on. I am also making a report to corporate.
