Signature Bowl and the National dish of Egypt! Starts with your choice of grain. pick from white rice, brown rice or quinoa. The traditional grain for this bowl is the white rice. The most popular is a mix is brown and quinoa. Your grains gets topped with lentils, gluten free pasta, tomato sauce, chickpeas, vinaigrette and fried onions.

The best thing was the atmosphere. I ordered a street bowl and it was horrible. The rice was soggy, the chicken was salty and the portion was subpar. First and last time going here.

I bought a Koshary bowl, and the portion sizes are HUGE. At first I was a bit taken back by the prices when I started adding toppings, but boy, when I was ordering, I did not know the size of this! It's gigantic and well worth the $20 I spent.
