Stopped at this Ledo's randomly after a high school track meet. I did not plan on writing a review, but the service here was soooo amazing. Ordered a small pizza for my daughter, which she sat outside on the patio and finished before we could leave, hence no pictures. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. Super kid friendly and plenty of parking. The attendant was extremely kind and welcoming. I would drive the 15mins simply for the service.

I've ordered from this Ledo's several times with no issues. It does get pretty busy with pickups for online orders, but the main restaurant is usually empty. The staff are also so friendly and go above and beyond with their service. If anything goes wrong with your order, they offer vouchers for your next visit, a free drink, or something else to compensate. ViChi and Ramsey are the best! Would recommend this Ledo's.

In a day and age where customer service is a lost art this location deserves 5 stars just based on how they resolved my issue. I had a problem with a pizza I ordered. I spoke to the owner and in addition to explaining the situation he resolved to make it right. And that he did and more so. I believe the owner wants to make this location the best it can be and it shows.

I dined in for a late weekday lunch and everything was superb! I've been to several Ledos over the last 25 years but this was my first visit to the Clarksville location. Service was fast, friendly, and helpful in anticipating my needs. They have a few weekday lunch specials and I got the 6 wings one that came with fries and a drink. Wings were huge and still crispy on the outside, and covered in ample sauce. You can't go wrong ordering anything on the menu that comes with Ledo sauce!My visit was in October and the restaurant had lots of halloween-themed decorations up. Most were tame spiders and pumpkins, but the front window in the dining room was covered in a huge wrap of shadowy figures and blood splatters. If visiting with small children during this time of year, you might want to avoid sitting near the front windows where this display is visible. Oh, and they also have free wifi if that's something you are looking for while dining in.

The pizza is outstanding----nice thin crust, good sauce & cheese. The. BEST pizza around. Got take out.........a sampler @ Fulton store, not all Ledos have this option of having a variety of Toppings in one large rectangular pizza. But this is great. Service is good. Terrible dine in experience on Sunday September 3. My table of 5 was only table for about half the time but by the time we left there were two other tables so restaurant was fairly empty majority of time. Server was fairly nice but had one issue after another. Forgot to bring drinks, took order for table at same time but food was brought out seperately in over a 30 minute window. She brought out a dirty spoon when we asked for spoon and then when asked for a to go box for a leftover pizza brought out box with several grease stains that had no tissue and appeared to have been previously used. She had issues with splitting checks and manager came out to speak to us to clarify how we wanted it split and he looked like a hs teenager dressed in shorts and a tee shirt. He identified himself as manager when we asked. He said server was new. However he was not offering her support. Not sure I would even order carry out here again and restaurant was very cluttered and only mediocre cleanliness. Food was decent but not as hot as would've expected.
