I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel this has to be said! We went to try out this place for the first time, and I left very disappointed. The food was ok, but the people working there were very rude. First the guy was thrown back by the fact that we joined 2 tables, so we could fit our plates (no one was there besides us)…. plus we asked one of the servers if we could do that. And then the girl came to bring us the box for leftovers and she mentions that the tip was not included. I am sorry, but that makes me mad. When I go to restaurants, I usually pay the bill and leave the tip (which is NOT required by law) at the END of my meal. They have you place the order and pay upfront, which is ok, but don’t ask me to pay a tip, which is my GRATITUDE and APPRECIATION for your service, BEFORE you give me any service!!The food was ok, but we are not going back there!

We were a little late to get there. They were quite brusque about taking our order by 8 30. Which we didn't mind, but while we were eating, the server came up to us and told us to pack up our food in boxes and leave as they were ready to close. This is something we have never experienced before. Normally they let you finish, or let you know politely that its almost time to close. Never have we ever been told by a restaurant to pack and leave right away. And it wasn't even 9 yet.

The food was not fresh, specifically the lettuce used in the summer rolls and papaya salad. I discovered a rotting chunk of lettuce in the papaya salad as I was halfway done eating the dish, and am now concerned if the food was safe to eat. Very disappointed for the price. (Ubereats order)

Manow Thai and Dena have been holding my order for over 2 hrs. They clearly need to have a better order management system. I waited very patiently for around 1.5 hrs before starting a follow up. The ladies on phone are so rude, alternating between “order is coming” to “we don’t have your order in our system”. No clear answers, remorse to keep a customer waiting for so long or accountability. Asking for the manager gets me hung up in the face!

Num tuk salad is tiny. One piece of lettuce in an appetizer size container for 14.95. Do not order. The chicken satay was not good either 4 tiny pieces of over cooked chicken for 9.95. Not a good deal and will look for another Thai restaurant any more.

I ordered a delicious panang curry that was served piping hot! I also shared the kanom tuay (coconut pudding) with my friend which was lightly sweet and so good! I highly recommend Manow Thai for anyone looking for comforting and yummy food.Vegetarian options: Panang curry

I would have rated 5 stars, but they got my order wrong. I ordered Bangkok noodles with shrimp and they placed an order for drunken noodles. That aside, the drunken noodles tasted great!!! If I return, I’ll be sure to double check prior to paying and after receiving my food!
