The McDonaldâs located on Daybreak Circle is the worse. Yesterday my family and I paid for our food through the McDonaldâs app and picked our order up through the drive thru. When I got to the second window, the woman did not say hello, she loudly and rudely asked me to see my receipt. I was very offended. Then after that I gave her my receipt, she snatched the receipt out of my hand. I said wow you need to change your attitude. Then she puts the middle finger up at me. I did not yell or curse at her. to receive this type of unprofessional treatment. My children and husband saw what she did. I immediately parked and went in to ask for the manager, mind you the manager was recording instead of checking her employee. So I got my money back and called the customer service hotline. Iâm still waiting for someone from McDonaldâs to call me back. I will never go there again.

This restaurant cannot manage a simple modification of an item. Ordered a cheeseburger âno ketchupâ yesterday (for my mother). The grill slip attached to the burger said the correct thing. It had nothing but ketchup (which would be ketchup only). Come on guys, pay attention.
