Royal Tea, inside The Common Kitchen, is hands down my favorite bubble tea spot EVER! From the second you walk in, you’re greeted by the friendliest, kindest staff who truly make you feel welcome. They go above and beyond with their warm smiles, helpful recommendations, and lightning-fast service.

And the drinks — WOW. Every single tea I’ve tried here is next-level delicious. The flavors are perfectly balanced, the boba is fresh and chewy, and the presentation is just gorgeous. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic milk tea or one of their fruity specials, you cannot go wrong.

Royal Tea is so amazing that I honestly wish I could come back every single day. It brightens my mood, satisfies my cravings, and makes me feel like part of a community. If you love bubble tea, you NEED to experience this place — trust me, it’s beyond worth it!

Best place to get Bubble Tea. I’ve tried others near by and it’s no contest. I’ve never had a bad drink or experience here!

This is definitely the best boba place I’ve tried. Flavors are unique and the variety of add ons and boba popping is remarkable, you are not going to find those in any other places near by!

This is my place to go when I’m craving boba, and you know is a hell of a place when you know that you are not only craving a type of food, but you are craving THEIR version of it!

I need to add that the service is 10 out of 10. They are kind, friendly, polite, efficient and just the general vibe makes you want to go back!

My boyfriend and I, loved them and if you give them a chance, you’ll love them too!

Royaltea is literally leagues better than the place across the street.

The owners are so cute and nice here, they know my and my partner's orders and names, and always have a big smile on their faces when they see us and hand us our drinks right away.

The tea is delicious, the topping is are delicious and actually go up the straws and aren't overly sweet, and they have aloe!

The flavors available are also really good!
