One of the best ramen bowls I’ve ever had. Every spoonful was flavorful, oh my goodness. I wish their utensils weren’t so flimsy but whatever, the food is where it’s at.

Slurpin Ramen is located at the back in mout vernon marletplace. I tried the baltimore effect chicken ramen, and though it was decent, it did lack some kick. The portion size was good, and the staff were polite. I will try some other options in the future.

We are from New Hampshire in town for the yankees at orioles game. We decided to walk a half mile approx. to this ramen noodle place from our hotel. WOW just an amazing experience. This noodle station is located inside an indoor market place with many different eateries. The kind and thoughtful hostess here helped us chose what we wanted. We chose the short ribs and chicken ramen bowls. Deeeeeelicious!!! OVER THE TOP FLAVORFUL YUMMINESS. Ribs and chicken were tender and tasty. The broth was tasty but not salty or creamy, PERFECT. The ramen noodles were al dente. ?The attention to detail was evident with every bite and slurp. This is a true hidden gem of a place in our opinion. Clean, tidy, cozy and modern. Just a great relaxed atmosphere. This should be a must goto for any noodle lover as we are. the employees and owner of this establishment should be mighty proud of their place.

Out-of-town visit to Baltimore on business, had lunch at Slurpin Ramen on my 2nd day. Being a lover of noodles I took an extra portion of ramen and chose the Shoyu Ramen bowl. The soup base was very good, could do better being hotter temperature-wise, otherwise no complaints. Only exception, was the extra noodles that may not have been flashed boiled to rinse off excess baking soda, that gave it a funky taste. Got to chat for a awhile with the owner, Angelica (I think), a very friendly lady that loved customer feedback and the knowledge of doing what she loves! I would recommend everyone to try the authentic ramen dishes on offer.

I was disappointed with this ramen. Overall it lacked flavor and the broth was very bland. I gave them three stars because the customer service was good. The ambiance was nice as well but unfortunately the food itself was not enjoyable due to it being flavorless. There are way better ramen places in Baltimore.

This is the first place we went to in Baltimore and it was AMAZING! This ramen was incredible, and the people who work here are amazingly cool! What a great way to be introduced to this city!

Delicious ramen with plenty of options. We LOVED it. It’s not easy to find a true ramen joint. Located in the Mt Vernon Marketplace there are several other food vendors offering burgers, seafood, oysters, tacos and more if others w you are not Ramen lovers. Stalls offer all types of beverages too. A few short blocks from Walters Art Museum. Highly recommend!! Go slurpin’ ???️ (photo Flamethrower Shoyu w Shrimp Tempura + Orion Beer)

I can’t speak for meat eaters, but the vegetarian ramen is sub-par. The broth left much to be desired, so I wouldn’t eat here again. Definitely try Ramen Utsuke on Light St for more variety and delicious veg ramen.

I think this place is a hidden gem. Pretty good ramen imo. The staff is very friendly and personable. The cashier (Black woman) is bubbly and has an amazing personality. Some bowls/flavors/orders are better than others and will cater accordingly to one's palate, so choose wisely. That'd be my only con- it's hard to decide which one to go with because they all look so good! I've yet to try them all but my fav thus far is the "Tantan Tori". I just had the "Baltimore Effect" and the flavor profile was fascinating, but the broth was too thick (for my liking). I think I'll try the "Gyutori" one next.

I'm no ramen connoisseur, but the Tantan Tori (#6) was delicious and cheerfully served by Wendy! The seating area near this shop is significantly cleaner than other areas in the Market.

Disappointing. Broth is oily and has no depth in flavor. I ordered take out and pork chasu, egg, and seaweed were missing. Never ordering here again and i definitely dont recommend.
